A localização é ótima e a equipe de funcionários é fantástica! Mas a geladeira da cozinha não estava funcionando. Isso foi ruim, apesar dos funcionários darem uma solução alternativa: tive que colocar meus alimentos na geladeira do mercado perto do guesthouse. Não foi confortável esta situação. E me surpreendi com os “espetos” perto da gatinha tricolor que fica na escada da entrada. Era pra impedir que ela usasse o espaço como “banheiro”. Ora, numa cidade que se anuncia como a “cidade dos gatos” isso deveria ser resolvido com caixas de areia. Ou estou errada? Fiquei com dó da gatinha.

Lovely town, rooms are very central in the old town, receptionist extremely friendly and helpful, parking about 9 minutes walk away. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend

Room was as described with a great view of the bay and the use of a private terrace which was a nice bonus. Location is great, right in the centre of Kotor old town and super convenient. Check in/check out was easy and a member of staff went through everything with us. Overall a great stay.

We stayed here in Old Town for a few days and our trip was fantastic. The staff Ivana and Kai where so helpful and even helped us book an extra night since we enjoyed the property so much. It was clean, modern and had very comfortable chairs to relax in. The bed was comfortable and the shared kitchen was a plus whenever you needed a cup of tea, coffee or to heat up some leftovers. We highly recommend staying here if you need a place in Old Town Kotor. The convivence and hospitality you'll get by staying at Antika Guesthouse is a true 5-star experience.

Great location and very charming. Our room was very clean and large which was wonderful but our bathroom was a little dark-no windows and tucked in a corner. Overall- great experience and I would stay there again.

Antika is located in the old town close to Restaurants, supermarket and all the main attractions. Our host was always on hand to help with queries and generally make our stay a good experience. The room was tasteful furnished with a king sized bed, fridge and kettle, a shared kitchen was also available for guests to use. Definitely good value for money we would use again and recommend to others Sal and Dave York’s.

Clean room great location

The apartment itself was lovely, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. However, the steps leading up to the front door were a big letdown. There was a noticeable amount of cat poop, and the smell was quite unpleasant. I mentioned this to reception (located in the shop) and was told the area is cleaned once a week due to the number of cats in the area. This was a bit surprising, especially given how well the apartments themselves are looked after. It created a strange contrast, as the surrounding shops and nearby areas appeared to be cleaned daily. Overall, while the apartment was great, the entrance could really use more frequent cleaning to match the standard of the accommodation.

The staff was excellent and extremely kind. The room was perfect for a single traveler and price was great.

The staff was so helpful and provided us with excellent instructions for arrival, parking, and recommendations on things to do and see. They kept our luggage in the reception after check-out while we explored. It was a wonderful experience.

Great stay

Nice room attentive staff and right in the middle of the old city. Only issue might be that the hostel is next door so there is a bubble of conversations until later in the evening, but we didn’t mind.

Staying in the Antika Guesthouse within the ancient walled city was amazing. You feel like you are part of the local community, in the middle of everything. Daria at check in was extremely helpful, recommending places to eat, things to do and the best coffee in the Balkans. The room was large and spotless, with everything you could need. A huge, very comfortable bed, fridge, bathroom, TV, kettle, tea/coffee. I had a wonderful time and was genuinely sad to leave.

Super romantic - within the walls of the old city and up a small staircase. Very easy access to the gate to go up to the castle and within just a few minutes walk to the city gates. Quiet. Gorgeous. Great service!
