Very noisy room

I was in the disabled room where I was unable to reach the plug point to charge my phone. This should be a wheel chair height. I had to ask for a kettle and there is no safe in the room. But apart from that the staff were so helpful and friendly and the position of the hotel was in the heart of all the restaurants which was great for me.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel in the heart of Cascais. The location is unbeatable—just steps away from the beach, shops, and great restaurants. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and stylishly decorated. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home.

Cascais is such a beatuful part of Portugal. We loved our stay here! The outdoor seating area in the main picutre is a little tired a does not have the green wall or furniture as in the picture, there is just one couch. The room was lovely with a little balcony and Erika on reception was very friendly.

Good location but not having air conditioning in summer is really bad, uncomfortable and not what we expected. We complained but never get the air working. Also, if you don’t want to be disturbed at night, don’t stay at this hotel, there is a bar/night place next door and you can hear the music at night!

What a great little hotel - right in one of the best parts of cascias. Great restaurants right below, beach is a block away, it was a great experience.

Pontos positivos: boa localização, cama confortável, bom atendimento. Pontos negativos: difícil acesso ao hotel com malas e sem ajuda (beco com escadas) ; sem frigobar, box bem pequeno p banho, café da manhã bem fraco; local com muito barulho.

Aside from the loud music until 2 am, this hotel is marvellous. Small historic property that has been renovated. The rooms are not overly roomy, but were fine, as mostly just there to sleep and freshen up.

Wonderful hotel!!!!

Un hôtel horrible. Nous sommes partis dès la première nuit alors que nous devions rester 3 jours. Le bruit du bar boîte de nuit en bas de 18h à 3h du matin est juste horrible, il est impossible de dormir. Le petit déjeuner est lamentable avec du café imbuvable et 3 tranches de pain qui se courent après, des yaourts pas au frais, idéal pour tomber malade. Sans parler de la salle sans fenêtre.

Lack of attention to details. Shower head does not stay up. No grill over the drain in shower. Art in the room where pictures have fallen down. Service in the reception was superb.

Great for a short stay. They give ear buds for a reason it is very loud until about 2a.m. And you can hear the street being cleaned at 6a.m. The room could use a fridge or kettle since most places open after 8a.m. Overall, clean, spacious and excellent location.

Helpful staff,dealt with everything in a friendly and efficient way.nice place in a central position to all the facilities.
