Hotels.com verified review
On trying to check in we were asked to pay again as the payment to Hotels.com did not show on their system. I produced our receipt for payment and was told I would have to wait until after 4pm when the manager came on duty. We were also informed they no longer do breakfast although it was included in our booking. I was told the price for the room had been reduced to reflect this and that I would need to claim the difference from Hotels.com.
The room was ok and the location was fine for our visit to a concert at the abbey.
