The slow suites Chueca advertise as 3.5 stars but I found it at sane level as other 2 stars places I stayed in Madrid, Seville or Barcelona. It was a bit too expensive for us to begin with and check-in process was too complicated. There was no real Front Desk where you can meet someone in person, only calling a Helpdesk. No concierge option for luggage, only offered a tiny storage at additional charge. This was the most expensive hotel out of the 4 hotels we stayed in Spain had no real front desk and customer support. Although, rooms were big but finishes were not the best. It is close to downtown/centro location and walkable but the surrounding area has lot of clubs that will keep you awake all night due to noise and I mean really a chaotic loud noises all night until 4 or 4:30am in the morning. Not at recommended for groups who look for a restful sleep in the night after exploring the city during daytime/evening.

Boa localização, proxima de restaurantes e comercios em geral. Camas confortaveis, lencois e toalhas de boa qualidade e bem conservadas. Local limpo e agradavel. Banheiros de bom tamanho, cozinha bem equipada, possuia cafe para preparo e tudo de boa qualidade. Amamos a nossa hospedagem.

Struttura ottima, super smart per prenotazione e accessi ecc, ma piuttosto "sfruttata". Le camere sono carine ma non troppo ben tenute. Per il resto posizione super centrale e tutto ok.

The guest house is in a good area and was clean although smelled of insecticide so that was unpleasant. The check-in was very awkward. They did not send me the code. I needed to get into the front door so I was standing on the street for a while. The number they give is for a chat bot, which does not allow you to speak to a real human and the chat bot is very useless as it doesn’t know how to do anything at all. It also felt a little cheap that they wanted five euros in order to store my luggage for the afternoon.

Love the suite. Great location and feel for the city. Unfortunately the street noise was a problem. Bring ear plugs.

Zona un poco alejada. Llena de bares y fiesta. Adecuada para jóvenes pero no para familias.

El departamento es muy bonito, agradable y espacioso. Es demasiado cómodo. Tienes todo lo necesario para una estadía perfecta. La ubicación es muy buena a pasos de Gran Vía. Sin duda me volvería a hospedar ahí. El lugar es bastante limpio, la cocina tiene todo, está muy bien cuidado y las camas son muy cómodas. Quedé más que satisfecha.

Increíble hospedaje, me hubiera quedado más noches de haber disponibilidad, si viajas con familia, no dudes en reservar. Las áreas alrededor son ruidosas en especial de noche, pero sinceramente nada que nos quitara el sueño, la ubicación es increíble, la distribución como ninguna otra en Madrid por ese precio no lo dudes…lo único que recomiendo es hacer el check in con tiempo, Pue no había visto que es SELF CHECK IN, nadie te recibe, tienes que cargar los documentos a una página y es tedioso, si no eres fanático de la tecnología, puede que pases un mal rato, asegúrate de hacer todo al menos una noche antes para que tengas listo el código de acceso y puedas ingresar rápidamente. Hay mil opciones de restaurantes, tiendas y ubicaciones alrededor, fue mi hospedaje favorito en 15 días de viaje alrededor de España.

I stayed on Saturday and was a little noisy in the mid-night up to 3:00am as someone (maybe the guests) were in the party. On Sunday, it became quiet. Shower water is not hot enough (feeling of less than 37C). Location is good which is close to Grand Via station.

Het complex is goed bereikbaar en ligt in de mooie wijk Chueca. De kamer was goed schoon gemaakt.

Kitchen was equipped with enough wares for us to make dinner. Loved the suite!

Clean, spacious, close to everything in Madrid, with shopping and eateries outside. Kitchen and bathroom are well appointed

Lovely duplex- well appointed and in a perfect location. However when air conditioner was turned on a deluge of dead bugs flew out!!!! Safe box wasn’t working and though management said they’d fix it, they never did. Water leaked from shower stall creating a huge puddle. Needs a bit of a refresh paint job at the bottom of stairs landing in living room. Too many bags have scratched and stained it.

La limpieza, el personal, la ubicación y si es posible early check-in rápido te avisan. Es una de las mejores opciones que hay en Madrid.

Estuvimos 3 días en familia, 5 personas y la verdad muy amplio, limpio, cómodo y cerca de todo. Estás en pleno centro a 5 y 15 a pie, Cibeles puerta del Sol etc, la zona tranquila y limpia. Sin duda repetiremos.

Excelente estadia. A localização é privilegiada, o apartamento estava impecável e absolutamente fiel às fotos, proporcionando uma experiência muito confortável — realmente nos sentimos em casa. O único ponto negativo foi o barulho vindo do apartamento superior, especialmente durante a noite, o que acabou comprometendo um pouco o descanso. Ainda assim, a experiência geral foi extremamente positiva, sem qualquer ressalva em relação à hospedagem em si. Quando voltar a Madri, certamente considerarei me hospedar novamente no Slow Chueca.
