The resort was great the workers were very friendly and made sure everyone was having a good time. The only problem i had was a roach was found in my room and a roach also appeared in my aunts room as well.... when i went to the lobby to complain about it.. they just told us they will send someone to exterminate and kill the roach.. but they never confirmed that the roach was gone. I had to sleep that night knowing there was a huge roach in my room the next day when we were getting ready for bed, we found the dead roach. They denied to change our room nor did they accommodate us with a free massage. At least we received nothing for the inconvenience. Also, we overheard workers talking in Spanish that they've seen a roach as well. They were speaking very loudly in the buffet not knowing we also spoke Spanish.

The hotel is beautiful, clean, but the beach was not clean, and the workers were not friendly or helpful.

We loved this resort. Traveling for years, this was one of the best! We enjoyed the freshly made food at the buffets, but especially loved the Japanese restaurant! Excellent fresh food! The staff was fantastic! Martha was the best bartender/server! She took care of us at the middle pool! She was very aware of her “people” and took great care of us! I would highly recommend this property!

Our 6th visit to the DR, although a first time at this resort was a huge disappointment. We know what to expect at this class all-inclusive and this was not it. The staff is the sole reason we wont return and have talked some of our friends out of visiting here. I could write a book about the dozens of negative interactions with staff, but this eill sum it up: The staff acts like they resent the guests and hate their jobs and ehoever they work for. This is a shame, because the resort is beautiful and relatively new. The other major negative was the food and drinks. The food is SO well displayed and yet poorly seasoned and/or prepared. Ive been in lower class all-inclusives eith better food. Again, I think this boils down to staff and management. If I had a dollar for every overheard conversation during our stay of people complaining about how bad the food and staff was, it would have paid for this trip. Stay away from this place.

I had a good overall experience, but the check-in process was disappointing. It was very disorganized—I had to wait almost 2 hours to check in. A large group arrived around the same time and kept cutting in front of us, which made the situation worse. When I finally spoke to the staff, I was met with attitude instead of support. They offered complimentary butler service as compensation, but I never actually received it. That lack of follow-through left a sour impression. Aside from that, the rest of the stay was enjoyable.

Property is nice. Food is ok. Drinks. Are bottom shelf. You need to pay. 9 dollars for. Shot of Tito’s. Best you get for free Smirnoff And that’s if they actually pour it when you ask. You can get Bacardi but no good tequila not bad but not worth it much better out there.

The resort overall was visually styled and designed beautiful beautifully. The exterior lighting in the evening created a beautiful ambiance and has 3 large pools that accommodate different vibes. The beachfront and ocean are absolutely stunning. The evening dinner dining options are all great options. If you’re looking to party, this isn’t your place as the entertainment is lacking and the resort is best suited if you’re looking for a truly relaxing getaway. Rooms are super spacious, clean and feels like home.

Beach area is gorgeous, but actual water is unattractive! Foul smell from seaweed also an issue. Accommodation was excellent.

Our overall experience was amazing, the resort, service, and accommodations truly exceeded expectations. Unfortunately, the only downside was our interaction with the Xpand Club team. We were invited to what was supposed to be a brief presentation, but it dragged on for nearly three hours with no clear purpose or structure. It felt disorganized, and instead of enjoying our vacation, we were made to walk around aimlessly. When we politely declined to move forward, the tone of the conversation shifted and the staff became noticeably less courteous. It’s a real shame because everything else about the trip was fantastic. My advice: enjoy the resort, but steer clear of the Xpand Club experience.

Stayed here for 6 days. Ive heard a ton of mixed reviews, unfortunately, we didnt have the best time. Food was below average, room service chicken we ordered was rancid, and had gone bad. The saving grace of this resort was the pool. If you want to just chill at a pool all day, and go to the Buffett then this is your resort. If youre looking for a better selection of food, id recommend a different resort.

I was very disappointed with my stay at Serenade All Suites Adults Only. From the moment we arrived, the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. No one gave us a tour, explained how the all-inclusive worked, or even mentioned that we needed reservations for restaurants. I had no idea what was included or what came with an upcharge, and when I asked, I was met with blank stares or attitude. Most staff didn’t speak English, which is fine, but there was also no effort to be friendly or assist guests. A woman at the front desk was consistently rude, and several of the coffee bar staff acted like guests were a bother. It made me feel uncomfortable and out of place. The room was nothing like the pictures online — cheap IKEA-style woodwork that was falling apart, warped plywood, and overall poor quality. I took pictures because it was shocking how different it looked. This was my first all-inclusive, and as a young traveler on a budget, I was hoping for guidance and hospitality. Sadly, that was completely missing. The only saving grace was the beauty of the Dominican Republic itself — the sun, the ocean, and the scenery were incredible. But the resort did not live up to expectations.

The property was beautiful but Cats were all around the dining and lobby areas. Our mini bar was never restocked after the first day and we told the front desk constantly. The staff just didn’t seem as friendly as other resorts we have been to. The restaurants were very good.
