Generally don’t love the Marriott brand anymore as they are outdated BUT the JW in Madrid was outstanding. Could not fault anything at all. Staff impeccable, rooms and amenities 100%. Also must mention the location was right in the centre of everything. Safe, walkable and luxurious. Well done team JW!!!!

Staff was great. Very prompt and efficient check in. The front desk gentleman (Noha) even noticed that we were hungry and tired and quickly called the restaurant to let them know we were coming over (since breakfast had just closed). Breakfast (which came with the room) was good. Ordered egg white omlette everyday and had oatmeal. They also had traditional Spanish breakfast available. The room was well appointed and we had a great view of the Galleria Canalejaa and Four Seasons hotel. Gym was well equipped with weights, kettlebells and weigh resistant machines. Viktor from concierge/bell desk, was also always very helpful. We accidentally pinned our uber pick up a block away from the hotel and he helped roll our suitcases (3) to the uber. Thanks for a short but sweet stay!

Recomiendo totalmente el hotel, el trato desde nuestra llegada fue excelente, personal muy amable, el hotel super ubicado, limpio, moderno. Regresaremos sin duda. Excelente atención y servicio.

Tolle Lage mitten in Madrid! Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, nicht zu gross aber auch nicht zu klein, schöne Zimmer, gutes Restaurant mit sehr aufmerksamer Bedienung, schöne Bar und sehr schöne Lobby. Zimmer sehr geräumig und stilvoll eingerichtet, habe sogar Upgrade (Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon mitten in Madrid!) erhalten. Besten Dank! Sehr freundliches Personal. Frage: Warum lässt es das Personal zu, dass Hotelgäste mit ihren Schuhen auf den Sofas in der Lobby liegen? Ich finde das sieht ziemlich stillos aus und vor allem ekelt es mich, danach auf solchen Sofas zu sitzen. Zudem gab es mal gegen Mitternacht einen ziemlich lauten Hotelgast in Flip-Flops, der die ganze Aufmerksamkeit auf sich ziehen wollte: Könnte in solchen Situationen das Personal nicht adäquat reagieren? Das fällt mir nicht nur bei diesem JW Marriott auf..., ich denke aber, dass ein Hotel mit Klasse auf solche Hotelgäste auch verzichten könnte.
