The roof in the bathroom leaked very badly. The staff new about it. There was a bucket and mop in the bathroom to clean up the constant leak that staff said was from air conditioning condensation water. The room was ground floor with windows directly on the road and you could hear people walking, conversations, and every car that drove down the street. The laundry facilities where horrible. For one, they were tiny. The drier didn't work and the cloths smelled horribly after washing in their facilities. We had to rewash what was washed there twice to eliminate the smell. This was the worst stay for us in Spain. The staff was friendly and helpful. I didn't request a different room, since it was a short stay, but should have.

Grande chambre et bien insonorisée. Tout ce qu’il faut pour se faire à manger. Et personnel très serviable qui pour certains parlent français. Petit bémol : le système d’ouverture de porte est parfois capricieux mais rien de rédhibitoire.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was conveniently located close to restaurants and some attractions. It was also close to public transportation. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay there again in the future.

I would book here again. Great size unit for a family of 5. Location was in a cute neighborhood with restaurants, bars and a playground nearby. Only issue is parking. Even on the Main Street it’s extremely difficult to find. Otherwise, it was a great aparthotel in a beautiful area close to things to do.

Wir fanden, dass die Unterkunft sehr gut gelegen war. Ca. 2km zur Kathedrale. Schöner Platz mit vielen Restaurants direkt in der Nähe. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Unterkunft war sauber und das Bett bequem. Einzig die Silikonfugen im Bad (Dusche) waren deutlich schwarz. Die müssen aus unserer Sicht erneuert werden. Abgesehen davon, können wir die Unterkunft empfehlen.

Good location and great amenities

Sejour de 3 nuits. Hotel tres bien situé à 30 minutes du centre historique. Grand espace de sejour avec cuisine équipée. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas une petite bouteille d'eau et un peu de café ou thé malgré la machine à disposition. Autre point négatif: Coté route prévoyez des bouchons d'oreille, le bruit des voitures roulant sur les pavés vous garantie des nuits agitées... Dommage...

Tout est super mais faut pas compter sur la piscine qui est ridiculement petite et non chauffée.

Lovely place to stay - modern well equipped apartment, loads of space and very clean. Great location off Aveneda de Hércules so lots of amazing tapas bars, other eateries and local shops near by and only a 10-15 minute pleasant flat walk to city centre shopping and sights. Laundry facilities are excellent, pool is more a plunge pool than a swimming pool in a small courtyard at back of hotel but enough to cool off in. We’d definately recommend and stay here again

Room is spacious and comfortable

A real gem in a wonderful part of Seville with lots of small cafes with tasty local food nearby. The experience during our stay exceeded my expectations. It had everything that my family of three needed to fully enjoy Semana Santa. Our place was surprising large, immaculately clean, modern, filled with light and included a well stocked kitchen with a dishwasher plus shared clothes washing machines and dryers. The location was perfect - close to everything on the edge of the super touristy central zone. A 15 minute walk to the main cathedral, one block away from the main road next to the river with multiple buses that across the city. The front desk staff members were also extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay there again for a short or long stay.

Reception staff were efficient and friendly. The apartment is slightly out of the centre but the walk through Feria wasnt too far and gave a sense of 'real' Spain. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. We had a terrace by the pool which was lovely. The shower was great with plenty hot water at all times.
