No cold water, damp bad smell

Well situated for our trip, very small, dark, hot basenent twin room, only small opening window, very noisy other guests until 1a.m Shower not working properly inconsitence temperature and leaking from head, sink and shower didnt drain properly. Very dissapointing

A great place to stay just opposite King's Cross. Very friendly staff. Room was clean, supplied with bottled water and a fruit bowl. Something long forgotten in the hospitality industry in the UK in general and in London in particular, where hotels are now trying to charge you for anything they can get away with.

Small but ok for price.

Receptionist polite and helpful. Room was tiny and in the basement and so hot. Very noisy. Outside noise also starts early as development next to hotel.

It was shabby and noisy from other rooms and residents and I couldn’t get away quick enough.

Enjoyed the whole stay at the hotel everything was spot on and had a fantastic nights sleep

Friendly staff; comfortable bed; good provision of bathroom items. Very convenient for access to the underground and buses.

Very good location and well equipped room. Rooms are small and a little bit worn.

Quaint typical London hotel.

A lot of steep stairs. Helpful and friendly staff. Was put in a lower ground floor room with no windows and an air con system that sounded like a plane taking off. So had to turn it off while in the room. 2 fans were just about ok but it did have a bit of a smell to it. Ok for 1 night.

Helpful staff on arrival- although supposed to be 24hr reception we couldn't find anyone to supply a hairdryer early morning. Otherwise comfortable and convenient hotel.

No hot water or water pressure

Prijs kwaliteit in London in balance. Maar met een beetje aandacht veel meer gabber maken. Bedden zijn net campingbedden opklapbaar. Douch in elkaar gezet door iemand zonder waterpas en muur geschilderd inclusief losse draden jammer

The hotel is a great cheap and affordable option when staying in London, despite it being a budget hotel the bathroom wasn’t overly clean with dusty floors and ledges. Amenities are soap, shower gel and coffee making facilities only. Room was quite bare and not very cosy. Having said this, the bed was very comfy and we slept really well! The hotel is quite and on a quite road too. We had an issue whereby we returned to our room late afternoon and the cleaner had been in to replace our towels and had not locked or closed our door. This was really disappointing and not safe given there are other rooms on our floor and the door was visibly open so could easily have had things taken. We did report this to reception staff. Otherwise an okay stay, for a budget hotel.

Small basic room but perfectly comfortable with a good shower in the bathroom. Bottled water and fruit was a nice addition to the room. Can be a little noisy due to the lino flooring in the room.

Room was tiny in the basement. More like a broom store Bed was worn out. Headboard should have been replaced at least 10 years ago. Horrible smell. Chose not to attempt to use the shower. Guy on reception was very professional and pleasant. Just doing his job.

Always a great experience. Extremely friendly and helpful staff members. The cleaning crew are so helpful and friendly. Receptionists are always willing to help, and the location is fantastic with quite accessible prices.
