My room had long black hairs all over the place and they said they can have the cleaners come back and fix it. Then decided to stay an extra night just to find out the restaurant was closed for a private event when that was the main reason I wanted to stay another night. Overall the stay was ok but a let down in those areas

Savannah was wonderful! We enjoyed our stay!

Everything was perfect, except for the wait time for service at the rooftop bar and the coffee area downstairs. But, the staff was wonderful.

It was great overall, BUT the motion sensor lights on the bottom of the beds are horrible. Every time you move they turn on, we ended up having to cover them all up so we could sleep at night.

Staff was excellent, from the front desk to the restaurant.

Easily accessible. Easy check in and out. Very clean the beds were super comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. The rooms were reasonably given it was during VT and Radford graduations. We had brunch in the restaurant. The food was very good. They could use additional staff it did take a while to get our food They had only one cook and two servers. Other than that I would definitely stay there again.
