Room is decent size. Breakfast was surprisingly delicious. Hot food and continental selections. Bar fridge was not clean. Air con was extremely noisy. Woke me up in the middle of the night. Could not sleep and had to switch it off. Bar fridge was also very noisy. Won't stay here again unfortunately.

Great location, easy check in, clean and modern rooms. Only drawback was the lack of acoustic treatment - every siren and motorbike came straight into the room.

Comfy beds. Convenient location. Good facilities.

Quite small rooms, doors opening and closing in the corridor are extremely loud.

Great location, lots of shops and cafe within walking distance. The mattress was very creaky and could do with a refresh.

Tried to cancel a booking before the stay and get a refund, they didn’t reply or give me a refund.

Bed sheets were dirty stained . Entire place is unhygienic and not cleaned at all

Very noisy! Doors slamming into late hours of the night. Bed was so uncomfortable! I could feel the springs in the mattress protruding into my bones. The absolute worst. Not worth the money charged. I was a so-called VIP with two beverages, allowance. however this was not offered upon arrival. I went after I checked out to redeem my rights to the drinks that should have been given as part of my checkin. I only found out after my phone could be charged. Staff not beaming with excitement to welcome.

We got upgraded to a King bed a fractionally bigger room with a nice outlook. The staff were very friendly and had a “can do” approach at all times. The fridge was making a vibration noise, which I managed to fix by jamming a newspaper under one corner. The bed was very comfortable. We couldn’t get the kettle working and needed an iron/ironing board. Call the front desk and the staff member bought a new kettle and sorted the problem. Also bought an iron and board. Was a bit disappointed that the iron had burn marks and was concerned that it might mark my shirt, however it worked fine. Would suggest that housekeeping could clean irons that guests have made a mess of, before they get handed out again. Was going to have breakfast there in the morning, but was disappointed that they only offered a Continental breakfast, so wandered down the street and found a great cafe. Undercover secure parking was excellent. All in all was pretty good and very well located. Would definitely stay there again.

I have never paid 190 a night for such an awful night sleep, no sound proofing in the room the party goers on the street may as well been in the room with you.... the loudest aircon you could imagine.

Tiny but serviceable rooms. The service at the restaurant is quite sparse. The manager was discourteous. They said the kitchen opened at five and when I got there at five, they said they changed their mind and will open at six. The breakfast in the morning is very minimal.
