Nice and very affordable place to stay. We like to stay there every time we go to Bogota.

Hotel bem central com muito comércio próximo. Quarto muito limpo, bonito e com chuveiro excelente. Porém muito apertado e pouco iluminado. Acho que poderiam diminuir a cama de modo que fosse possível abrir a mala no chão. O lounge estava em obras, mas parecia muito agradável. Tem um restaurante mexicano que funciona após servir o café da manhã, que era ok Cruzando a avenida 7 tem uma área muito bonita e com os melhores restaurantes que experimentamos de culinária amazônica colombiana. Salvo Pátria e Mini Mal. Super indicamos de verdade. Usamos as bikes públicas compartilhadas para visitar as zonas T, G e La candelária. Tem várias estações no entorno do hotel o que facilitou muito a visita dessa que é a capital com mais trânsito de carros das Américas e talvez do mundo..

Hotel é confortável, prédio antigo estilo art deco, cama gostosa e banheiro bom, café da manhã estilo menu que atende, porém apesar de estar na região chapinero, a area é meio isolada a noite, não é uma região agitada.

They gave me a room on the third floor and the bed was in a loft with a very narrow winding staircase. Never expected such room in my life and it was not mentioned on the room description.

Everything is so organized and clean, the staff is super friendly and helpful with everything.

I really liked everything about this hotel, the style, decor, cleanliness, bed comfort, and breakfast were all excellent, as well as the reception staff. I wish I could give it a 5 but almost every night the music was extremely loud and into the early morning hours, coming from their own cafe. I was on the floor above the cafe so maybe other rooms aren’t as bad, but if sleep is important ask for a room away from the street and cafe. Also I was in two different rooms and the cook top didn’t work in either. There are easily fixable things, in which case I would have given a 5. The neighborhood isn’t great but safe enough and easy to get to most anywhere in bogota by uber or Cabify

A recepção não é tão cordial. Mas a dormida é excelente. Organização e limpeza do quarto são nota 10.

Terible room with a very bad staircase. Don’t book these rooms as they post a hazard. The glass railings seems not enough to support you incase you loose your balance. Used to be one of my favorite in Chapinero. Breakfast became poorer over the year. Their popularity get to their head already and the customer service is going down. They are loosing it. I would rather go to Mer Cure 3 blocks away. Better room and better breakfast. Almost the same price.

Please read: I usually stay at this property over the years. They used to be the best when it comes to customer service and hospitality. They are now wayy too low on that. Very strict on check-in time. You have to show up there on the dot or later. And It will take you around 30mins to check in and get the room key. They will not proactively check you in and verify your documents ealier than that, and when check in time at 3pm, everyone (guest) will be showing up at the same time and they will be overwhelmed. Past 2 days, breakfast is just eggs/tomato/onion. No more ham. No sausage or bacon. Just few bread and usually just a roll looking bread. No more croisant. Price wise, they went all the way double they used to be, which is fine. I would rather stay at Mer c ure Chapinero next time if i have a choice.

Al estarme bañado y cerrar las puertas de cristal, se rompieron y cayeron sobre mi, esto me generó heridas en oreja, hombros, mano izquierda, rodillas y ambos pies. Fue una situación terrible que no debe ocurrir, aunque el personal me ayudó y enviaron un médico a checarme me parece que la instalación frágil y peligrosa debe de checarse

My room was very clean when I checked in. Cleaning staff were by everyday and did a great job keeping rooms and building clean.
