The hotel is within walking distance of all the main attractions, restaurants, and shops in Old Quebec, which made exploring the city very easy. Parking is limited, but there is a public parking garage just a couple of blocks away, so it wasn’t a major issue. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We were assigned a room on the third floor, and there is no elevator, so carrying large suitcases upstairs was a bit challenging. The sofa bed was also not very comfortable. The bathroom was on the smaller side, but considering this is a beautiful historic building, it was understandable and not a big concern. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would definitely consider staying here again because of the excellent location.

Self check and super easy. Very Well located . Area is nice except a couple buildings close by… parking is convenient but make sure to reserve ahead.

The room was very clean , comfortable and modern. There was a nice kitchen . You could walk to everything in Quebec from the hotel. The only issue was the router went off line for 2 days over the weekend but was fixed by the 3d day. Access to the room is digital so in the third day we had to call to get a code to access the room.

I believe the listing indicated parking, but they don't have any. Otherwise, an incredible place to stay, and staff are very friendly and helpful

Excellent location; room was newly renovated, clean & included all the amenities we wanted (just small), check-in process was smooth & staff extremely helpful… thank you! Digital checkin was new to us so we requested a room code as well (phone charge could run low & cause an issue)… staff accommodated without question. Parking is limited so reserve ahead. All was super & would recommend.

The hotel is in a very convenient location close to the major attractions and restaurants. The layout of the 2 bedroom was great, and private for my husband and I and our adult daughter. The bedrooms are spread far apart and each room has it’s own private bathroom. I would have liked if the room had at least one full length mirror in the main area to check your fit prior to going out, otherwise the room was wonderful.

Great location inside walls of city, easy walking distance to many restaurants, places to see and explore the history of Quebec City. Communication with hotel was great with timely response to our questions or concerns. Amenities are as listed. My wife and I would be happy to stay here again in future travels.

O apartamento é no térreo, o chão estava um pouco sujo. Não achei tão aconchegante quanto as fotos. Não tínhamos a senha para entrar, mas o anfitrião nos mandou por mensagem. Quando chove faz barulho em algum lugar que incomoda a noite toda. Tem lava e seca dentro do quarto o que ajuda bastante. Não ficaria neste apartamento novamente. Não achei tão bom.

Me gustó mucho! Muy limpia, todo en muy buenas condiciones. La regadera muy agusto por que tiene doble regadera. La ubicación es lo mejor de todo, esta muy cerca de lo turístico. Mis hijos adolescentes durmieron en el sofá cama, hubiera sido ideal que tuviera más colchón, por que si se sentían los resortes. Hice la reservacion del estacionamiento con ellos, solo tuve el problema que la camioneta que renté era muy larga y estorbaba la banqueta, así que no me animé a dejarla ahí y tuve que estacionar en el público que estaba a 2 cuadras de ahí. Pero el anfitrión muy al pendiente de ayudarme. Lo recomiendo ampliamente

This was the perfect place to stay within the walls of the Old City of Quebec. It is just inside the wall on the north side so it's just moments away from the quaint shops and restaurants in the upper city but also steps away from a grocery store and other restaurants where you will find the locals. We were impressed with the generous size of our apartment and that it had a full kitchen a washer and dryer, and a full size ironing board and iron. It had everything we needed to make a week long stay feel like home. Everything was clean and modern and comfortable. Checking in and out was an easy process that is done with the links we received and the key-less entry to our room was simple. We didn't have to lug around a big key or keep track of a key card. Secure their paid parking spaces if you want your car handy. They also have EV parking if you need that. There is a parking ramp just a few blocks away which we used since we didn't need the car often. All-in-all it was a great place to stay and I would certainly book it again on our next trip to Quebec!

Great location. Hotel check in is via an app but could be a challenge to access if you're from out of town and don’t have super reliable internet. Staff will text to check in daily and are super friendly and accessible.

Overall a great stay. We booked a premium apartment (room 206). The one negative was that there was no separate bedroom, only a partial wall dividing the sitting area from the main bed. We had hoped for a separate bedroom (based on pictures and room description) to better accommodate our baby’s sleep schedule. However, the room was very spacious, and we easily set up a slumber pod in the sitting area. Soap was provided in the shower, but no shampoo or conditioner (maybe would be provided upon request?). The kitchenette was great for having some takeaway meals in the room. Carrying luggage up to the second floor was manageable (only 3 floors in the building). The building was very quiet. Location was excellent for access to Rue Saint-Jean (pedestrian street), and only 10-15 min walk to other parts of Old Quebec.

Great property with excellent location.

Great property at Great location. Parking has options and we literally had a 2 minute walk from Parking to the property. This is not a hotel room but could be a full time live in condo. Can't say enough good things about it. The one negative was no elevator for a rd floor room. My wife struggled a bit but I would recommend this property and stay there if I go back to Quebec

Excellent location. The room was remodeled with nice design including dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave. Checking in was digital. Public parking is a 2 minute walk.

Hôtel très bien située à côté de l’avenue St Jean dans le vieux Québec. Arrivée un peu chaotique, visibilité de la signalétique des chambres pas clair. Procédure ouverture code porte principale pas clair. Chambre très bien et confortable. Salle de bain très bien, cuisine très bien, partie séjour bien. Les points négatifs, pas de volets occultants dans la partie salon et cuisine alors qu’il y a le canapé lit, ce qui est très gênant car réveillé à 4h du matin par la lumière et le canapé lit est très inconfortable à deux. Le matelas s’affaisse lorsque la deuxième personne s’allonge, grince lorsque qu’une personne bouge et fait bouger son voisin de couchage.

Apartment location was perfect. It was located within walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. We didn't receive an email or text ahead of time on the check in process. Luckly, we ran into a current guest who helped us out and once we figured out how to reach out to management we received a response quickly. The room should only sleep two as the pull-out couch is not fitting for an adult. The mattress is thin, hard and one can feel the wires within....maybe a good mattress topper or a very thick cushy mattress pad would help.
