The room was clean and looked new. The staff spoke excellent English, which helps me who sadly can’t speak Japanese. All the appliances worked well. The pre-check in needs to be streamlined. Has some issues with entering informatiion.

Very near the Hatchobori subway and bus stops. Nice clean rooms and friendly staff. Would stay there again. Would be better if the TV was at least YouTube accessible.

A great accommodation option, if you like to have the option of cooking breakfast or dinner, and eat at home on a dining table. Washing machine in the room is so convenient, and the bedding and bed is really comfortable. Great size for Tokyo, super clean, and easy because it’s a small property. Lovely staff, great location way to get to Tokyo station, ginza or Disney, or team lab!

Très bien situé près de la station Hatchobori sur la ligne H. Hyper calme. Bien équipé mais manque un peu de rangements. Excellente solution pour 2 ou 3 personnes ou un couple avec 2 enfants.

Laundry was great and staff was amazing

Clean rooms, with all the convenience of kitchenette and laundry. A little compact than the photos make it out to be. Also only 1 window for natural light.

Accomodating staff

Rooms were clean and staff were courteous. Having a washer and dryer combo in the room helped a lot. Location was great and I am glad we chose Section L Hatchobori. It would have been great if basic kitchen condiments were provided to the customers. Hope this is something that can be taken care of in the near future.

Excellent little apartment hotel; very well arranged room, suitable for a family of four. Friendly and engaging staff.

The hotel is located close to the station, around a 10 minute walk and about a 20 minute walk from Tsukiji Market. The room is very large, plenty of room to move around and storage for luggage. There is a washer/dryer in the bathroom which was very useful to have when travelling. While the beds were comfy, the pillows are quite firm. The only problem is that the fridge can be quite loud when it is getting to temperature and you can hear the people above you, so if you’re a light sleeper it might bother you. We would recommend this hotel to anyone staying for a longer time period as the room is basically a small apartment and has plenty of room.
