Excellent location. Great room and staff. Will return!

A lovely hotel for a short stay. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The rooftop pool, however, was quite small and still under construction, with only a few sunbeds available. The highlight of our stay was the outstanding customer service. My partner had a final-stage interview scheduled at the last minute for a well-known American company, and the staff (including the hotel director) went above and beyond by vacating a meeting room and adjusting their schedule to allow him to attend the interview. This thoughtful gesture truly exceeded our expectations, and we remain extremely grateful, especially as my partner got the job.

Pretty easy walk from underground garage on main road and very convenient for square and restaurants. Rooms were fine. Hotel up an alley so no views. Pool on top of roof was small but a lovely sun trap and quiet.

Fint hotell med bästa läget. Gångavstånd till allt. Tyst och lugnt. Enda negativa var frukosten. Bra i början av veckan men de tycks inte få leveranser då ofta. T ex tog yoghurt och juice slut …

Excellent terrace with plunge pool, in middle of old town next to main square.

Great hotel, excellent location. Staff were fab. Very comfortable bed, great shower. Double deluxe had a massive terrace with beds and sunbrella, def worth it. Highly recommended.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location for sightseeing and the beach (just over a km away). Comfortable beds. Lovely room. Nice decor and great service. Pool roof was much appreciated!

A nice town, albeit a little tired. The hotel staff were really nice, but the hotel rooms wasn’t geat. It was quite basic and tired.

Very nice staff and great location, but I was on the ground floor and it was very noisy. You could hear every conversation in reception, other rooms flushed toilets and the flush was in the wall. Difficult to sleep past 7am. But the staff were very friendly.

The room we had was pretty poor as was the breakfast and the WiFi useless. We stayed in basic room that had no natural light and the only window was next to the reception area so you can hear all the noise of the staff checking people in, bags being dragged and dogs barking. The location is good but don't be mislead by their pictures online. The bathroom had no room for a sink and the extractor didn't seem to work the shower had leaks around the head and if you we're not careful you could flood the room The breakfast is in a small room and all the hot food is coldish I was so disappointed with the hotel but location was great. They did offer to move us the 2nd night but at an additional cost and in my view had paid enough for a sub standard room. Will be back to Cádiz but won't be staying here again. Staff on reception ok just defensive ? Good English so no issues with communication.

Very clean and comfortable nice breakfast but could do with more crockery. Pleasant helpful staff and fab location.

Boa localização. Quartos grandes e cama confortável. O único porém foi a falta de uma smart TV para passar o tempo quando estava no quarto. Em pleno século XXI, é inaceitável uma televisão apenas com canais locais.

Location was perfect for me, just at the edge of the old town and nearby a parking garage. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms are not so big and the beds are also not so comfortable. Breakfast was nice and plentiful.
