Very nice reception staff. Well located near the Old Montreal area

It started off great, staff was friendly and accommodating. They had prepared their biggest room for us because he were travelling with a service dog which we appreciated (this room was average) but we were grateful…. Until we realized there was no air conditioning in that room. It was stifling hot. We asked if they had an air conditioned room that we could have and they did. Our new room was tiny. Barely fit 2 double beds, but we took it because we needed the air conditioning. Paint was peeling off the wall there were cracks in the wall. It was difficult to charge our electronics as the outlets were hard to reach. The sink kept clogging when we brushed our teeth. No shower mat so it made it veryyyyy slippery. We did not have any blankets. We asked for blankets and we’re given two comforters that looked like they came from someone’s personal belongings. Had 2 towels for 3 adults. The staff were very nice and did try to help us but this hotel was pretty run down not to mention we had to pay to store our bags as we had arrived early. The location was great and although we were on a very busy street the air conditioner portable unit we had was so loud that we didn’t hear any outside noise. Regardless we made the best of it and enjoyed Montreal!

Room was so clean .great Location

The general manager James is very kind and super helpful. Same thing for the receptionist Ania. Prices are generally super affordable, rooms are super clean. Everything is very close. I deeply recommend.

If you want to save money and have excellent service, this hotel is a very good choice. And the manager James is very kind.

Accueil excellent de la part du personnel, très sécuritaire, mais la chambre est défraichie et le matelas très mou. Demeure un choix acceptable pour un prix modique. Essayez d'éviter les chambres sur la rue, c'est très bruyant.

Pas bon service employé fait des blagues sexuel

Though there was a stale smell in the area outside our room, the room itself was bright, fresh, and clean. Both beds were very comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing that might not work for light sleepers is that there was always shouting and noise from the street at night.

located right next to MTELUS. it was perfect for what we needed.

Area is not the best, as a female I can’t go out alone at night it’s fully of dangerous people. I would say it’s sketchy The room was not great. Bed was horrible and the sheets were not clean. The bathroom had mold and the towel hanger was broken Room was way smaller then what’s in the photos

The room was clean, however, the smell was absolutely unbearable. The area was extremely sketchy, I would never consider this motel with children. Clearly the pictures are deceiving.

This place was horrible. Do yourself a favour and go read the Google reviews on it before booking here.
