Stayed at this property 4 times now and every time it’s an issue with the cabin and river cabin they seem to charge extra for the river cabin then always just put you in whatever cabin they want.Also the cabin we we’re giving this time not sure if the budget is empty but it was a serious downgrade cheap furniture shops and shampoo were mismatched botttles looked like from a Walmart silverware was basically plastic and three coffee pods just thrown on the counter by the maker. Food from restaurant was also a major downgrade…last time it was amazing and everything was correct this time almost 300 dollars for inedible food and a burnt salad which I didn’t even know was possible just seems like this place is been ran on a very small budget but still charging the same amount and actually more than it used to be

I stayed for a work trip. The location is good for the ski resort; it's not too far from town. Cast iron pots had sitting oil, there were no trash bags for the main bin, and there were no paper towels. The front office was quick to respond. "Kitchen " was very small, with no oven, two stove top burners, and a mini fridge, not ideal for extended stays. The stairs to the upper level were very tight, but the bed was comfortable. The downstairs couch was not comfortable to sit in. It wouldn't be my first choice to stay again, but I wouldn't say never again in the same token.

The A Frame Club is perfectly situated at the base of Winter Park resort. The A-frame itself is in great condition and is very cozy. The staircase might be the smallest and steepest of its kind so I advise caution to anyone that’s not good with stairs.. The couch could have been a bit cozier, but the overall ambience makes up for it. The heated floors in the bathroom are great, and the views are fantastic. I recommend to clean the water in the hot tub now frequently and have non slip pads on the surface of the stairs leading to the hot tub. The A-Frame grill was fantastic. The cocktails and menu are extensive and very well prepared.

El lugar estuvo magnífico , pero el servicio de un señor asiático q está encargado del check in fue muy malo , al llegar el día del cumpleaños de mi esposo quisimos reservar para cenar y nos dijo q no era necesario y en la noche cuando llegamos no tuvimos mesa y sin ninguna explicación nos dijo q no tenía disponibilidad a pesar q nos dijo q no era necesaria la reserva , el día de nuestra salida tuvimos un problema con el pago y quisimos preguntar y el mismo señor me dijo q me llamaría de vuelta con respuesta y me atendió muy mal por teléfono sin darme ninguna explicación , hasta el momento no se si mi pago fue doble ,

During our stay I don't think we had any visits from the cleaning crew. They had an envelope to give tips to them and I thought it was a joke. Overall the cabin was very nice and comfortable.

Had a great time with my girl for her birthday although we are from Florida and not use to mountains and below zero temperatures the stay was nice and cozy

Nice enjoyable cozy

I recently stayed at the A-Frame Club Hotel for what was supposed to be a 10-night trip, but my experience was deeply disappointing. While the property has a charming aesthetic, the functionality and service leave much to be desired. Here are the key issues we faced during our stay: 1- The furniture, though stylish, is impractical. There is no dining table despite having a kitchenette, the oversized lounge chair takes up space but serves no real purpose, and there’s minimal storage space for unpacking or bathroom toiletries. The luggage stand was unusable, and the upstairs tub, while visually appealing, was impractical. 2- The kitchenette lacked basic essentials like a blender, the pans were excessively heavy, and overall, it was not equipped for actual use. 3- Our room was not cleaned for several days. Snow was never shoveled from our front door, making it messy and unsafe. The fireplace didn’t work, and the fan controls had no batteries. My wife had a serious accident on the mountain requiring surgery, we had to leave early. I asked the front desk if they could help with a refund for the unused nights, but I was told there was nothing they could do because I booked through hotels.com/expedia. The response was dismissive and lacked empathy. I reached out to the General Manager with my concerns before posting this review, but I received no response. Overall, this stay was uncomfortable, frustrating, and not worth the premium price.

Lots can be said about our stay, highlight was the steam room and outside tubs. Room was nice and no clutter. Comfortable bed. Downside was the spiral staircase, not a great idea. Cleaning staff (the lady especially) very intimidating by staring at you all the time when seeing you and they do not understand the words "hello" or "good morning". Staff seems to only care about the restaurant. Even though we liked the steam room, it was never cleaned during our visit as the same waste left inside was there all the time during our stay. Only received the rules of the property 2 hours before checking in (so while we were driving 56 hours there with no signal we had to try and stop to sign in before we got there), good luck to who ever travel with pets, there will be a surprise. It says 4 people can stay in the room, but the sleeper couch downstairs is not clean once opened and not something you want to be sleeping on. Will we be back, nope we won't. Sad because the place does have a lot of potential, but poorly managed.

I honestly would like a refund for staying at this property. I never leave reviews, but this time I had to say something. Everything was completely miss advertised. The hot tub wasn’t working, the fireplace in the unit wasn’t working we could not control the AC, the front desk person was unable to explain how to use anything in the unit. There were no extra blankets and covers for the sofa bed downstairs everything about this property was extremely unprofessional, however, the unit and space itself was very pretty. Just nothing much to do and poorly managed.

My husband and I stayed here for a night and it was a wonderful and quaint getaway from the hectic life. We have already recommended A-Frame Club to friends and family

Just an absolute blast this property has everything and such responsive and professional staff. Pet friendly and for a reasonable fee which is hard to find nowadays and my dog loved all the space and felt comfortable.

Nice design and concept, restaurant was great. Common area next to stream was under construction-we had a view of a backhoe and orange fence/mud. Bathroom is all black, looked dirty, shower liner had mildew/ mold which touched the floor of the shower.

Great place. Close to the mountain. Good food. Very accommodating

Loved the cozy A-frames, didn't have noisy/wild neighbors which was nice, our A-Frame faced a good direction (east)

Loved this spot! They were so helpful when we had to adjust our plans. Would definitely recommend and will come back
