Not profeccional and friendly on the from desk

The hotel is a crack house. Dirty furniture roaches crawling. We tuned around and left could not stay. Staff was no help.

The staff is very caring

The free breakfast was ideal but it was the same every day. For tourism the staff needs more English-speaking,not everyone knows Spanish and I felt the staff spent more time on their phones than there guests. The hotel needs some upgraded. Appearance makes alot of difference

The property is average, okay for the price. Breakfast was the same everyday, it got very monotonous.

Hotel was overbooked. Would not recommend.

Water leak and flow all the room. They couldn't do anything about it

No towels. No shower curtains. Tv didn't work. I left within 3 hours

When we arrived, they had sold our room. Hotel and expedia were no help. Hotel was dirty abd scary area. Far from beach which is pictured. No refund yet.

It wast ok

We will always have a soft spot in our hearts for the Marimba. My wife and I wish that we could buy it and restore it to its 1930s glory, while keeping it reasonably priced. The staff are great and we would tart there again on our next visit to Punta Cana.

perfect for me

The property was very outdated. Lobby furniture looked very well used. My room had a leaking airconditioner and it was extremely hot. Front desk did accommodate me a room change Pool around back was clean. There was mold growing around the circle drain of the sink. In the lobby was a bottled water jug cooler. This would not be my first choice. But worked well in a pinch. A lot of local shopping and restaurants in walking distance.
