Very good value. Not easy to park. Hotel entrance isn’t easy to find (on the 1st floor). Well located. Fine for one night.

The staff were not very friendly, and the bar service was poor. The electrical outlet in the bathroom was broken. There was an empty glass under the bed.…

Very nice hotel, great location, the breakfast was amazing.

This hotel provided us a room with a non-working refrigerator, which they knew ahead of time prior to check-in. We brought this to the staff’s attention, to which they did not discount our room, nor did they accommodate us by providing another room, free of charge. Unfortunately the few perishables we had purchased for the remainder of our stay were spoiled because of this, as we had anticipated a working refrigerator. Additionally they had no further amenities. We were very disappointed and will not be returning here. On a higher note, the only great thing about our stay was their complimentary breakfast each morning. I recommend staying elsewhere since there are neighboring hotels which accommodates to this area being within walking distance of downtown

En äldre man visade var vi kunde parkera när vi kom. Rummet var utmärkt för 3 personer, frukosten serverades vid bordet. Generöst och du fick berätta hur du ville ha äggen tillagade. Kaffemaskinen krånglade men vi erbjöds nygjort kaffe från "baren". En dag skulle vi iväg tidigt och fick frukost med oss. Bra läge precis vid gågatan med restauranger, barer och affärer. Böneutrop från mosken ett par ggr om dygnet men inte alltför störande.

Outstanding rooms in a convenient location on top of the street scene without the noise. Parking right in front, breakfast in their open air restaurant, and a helpful, friendly staff. I highly recommend Chicago for your trip to Shkoder.

Huge room with jacuzzi and extra lounge area, very close to the reception and large dining room. Staff was very friendly and helpful including assistance with parking, resetting of the TV channels and suggestions for travel destinations. Breakfast was plentiful and freshly made eggs as per your order. Perfect location.

The hotel is in the city centre. Not ideal if you have heavy baggage with you as you have to use stairs to get to lift. Shower is poor. You need to hold the shower head when you need a shower.

We had a great stay at Hotel Chicago. Parking was easy to find and always available with very friendly staff to help navigate. It was a little tricky to find reception (go downstairs, to the end of the hall and up the elevator) but once again, the staff went above and beyond to help us out. The restaurant probably has one of the nicest views of Shkoder and make sure you go hungry for the included breakfast. The spread was very impressive and delicious. The room was very clean and quite big with be try modern controls for the room temperature, Do Not Disturb, etc. It

It is a Hotel quite hidden, but very centric. There is no restaurant, the AC is not used… free breakfast not worth paying… we couldn’t eat anything. Only the 5th floor is the hotel everything else apartments or offices. There is a Morca accross from it that makes noises at 10pm and about 4:30am. No one comprehends English only Enev a young food server and the parking attendant who lived in Australia. There is a restaurant (local) behind hotel near pizzeria the offers traditional very tasty and inexpensive food. Go to the Lake and National Park Thef. Also attend the Memory and Witness museum near by.

would first like to say a big thank you to papa who made us welcome from the moment we arrived till the moment we left, he helped us park, made us laugh and arranged our early takeaway breakfast, he was amazing. perfect hotel in the centre of everything, lovely room, and nice rooftop bar.
