Ich hatte bereits im Voraus geschrieben, dass ich während meines Aufenthalts Prüfungen habe und aufgrund der Gerüchte dringend ein ruhiges und sauberes Zimmer benötige. Leider entsprach die Unterkunft überhaupt nicht meinen Erwartungen. Als ich angekommen bin, waren Flecken auf dem Boden, und im Zimmer herrschte ein unangenehmer, ekelhafter Geruch. Insgesamt machte die Unterkunft einen sehr ungepflegten und unhygienischen Eindruck. Unter diesen Umständen war es für mich nicht möglich, dort zu bleiben oder mich angemessen auf meine Prüfungen zu konzentrieren. Deshalb bin ich bereits nach einem Tag ausgezogen und habe VisioApartments darüber informiert, dass ich die Unterkunft verlassen habe. Trotzdem erhielt ich für den zweiten und dritten Tag keine Rückerstattung. Das empfinde ich als sehr enttäuschend und nicht kundenfreundlich. Auch der Kundenservice konnte mir nicht wirklich weiterhelfen. Die Mitarbeitenden schienen kaum über die Situation oder die Unterkunft informiert zu sein, wodurch die Kommunikation sehr schwierig und frustrierend war. Insgesamt war meine Erfahrung sehr negativ. Aufgrund des schlechten Zustands des Zimmers, der fehlenden Rückerstattung und des unzureichenden Kundenservices kann ich VisioApartments leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Nem ind-og udcheckning samt rent værelse. Morgenmaden var desværre ikke pengene værd. Rundstykker, pålæg, frugt og ikke meget mere.

Rooms were very clean, excellent location, right next to the station. Check in was a bit difficult, rest everything was great

Room was cleaned but they don’t clean while we were staying. Laundry wasn’t good. It washed but dryer was not good, all clothes were damp and became smelly. Location was good. We stayed 5 nights, right beside train station to go HB 10-15 minutes.

Apartamento excelente, vizinho à estação de trem e muito perto do aeroporto. Para quem tem transporte ou passeará com guia e agência vale muito a pena.

Free laundry during the stay! Close to transit. 10 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from Zurich HB

Clean, and location was good. Easy commutable. Rooms have small kitchen so we made our own breakfast , they need to equip one or more soup pot/ fry pan. Sometime not enough for family. Everything else was good. If you are renting car and need parking at / around. this place, please keep in mind it is expensive because there is rarely parking you can find outside on streets.

Apartment was super clean. We got two small bedrooms with central AC and TV in each room. The location was perfect and it's walkable to train, tram, bus stations. There were several grocery stores within 5 mins of walkable distance. The check in process is super simple. They even had free and fastest wifi network through out stay. We were almost two hr earlier than our check in times but they allowed us early check in per our request. Over all. We enjoyed our stay.

Apartment 613, everything was fine and as shown online. Sink tap could be a bit shorter.

Very small apartment for the price. Check in and check out is not flexible at all they make you wait till the exact minute to check in.

I asked for missing sponge for the kitchen They answered : we do not provide sponge Stupidly answer, they provide soap dishwashing…but no sponge, then how to do At the desk, always nobody Everything is “do it yourself “

Staff were nice.

Its a good location, as it is directly beside one of the train lines to get you downtown. The room is nice but very small. The bathroom is a bit weird as there is no door except on the shower ( which is glass and see through) and the toilet, so there is no real privacy. I stayed there with my sister so we worked around it, but I see when people say its only good for solo travellers. I would have also liked an actual staff member on scene at least even during the day. They also do not have a luggage storage area. We dropped off our bags in the restaurant on the 6th floor prior to check-in, but were unable to store them anywhere after check out.

Perfect size for one person for a few days. I loved having the kitchenette too.
