Bonjour, Nous avons demandé une facture lors du Check out. On nous a répondu que nous la recevrions par émail. Or nous n’avons toujours rien reçu. De plus l’hôtel était très bruyant et le rooftop inaccessible en raison d’organisation d’événement privé.

I am here on a Monday which meant no food on rooftop bar. I went down to 5iron and myself and one other person could not find an employee. Front desk staff and bell man were very nice and helpful. Restauant was really good and has a great happy hour. I would not feel comfortable walking around outside the hotel by myself.

The hotel was beautiful, the beds phenomenal, but the stand out was the staff. From the moment we got out of our car, every staff member was genuinely working to help up have the best stay possible.

When I checked in the staff communicated that I would have bottles of water which were complimentary and I would have face towels in my room. I had to call down twice to get the towels and the waters never appeared. For the cost of this hotel they didn’t provide service equaling that.

As a travel agent, I can say that the check in was really easy. Valet was really fast. The room was really nice and spacious. A dirty rag was left on the chest in the room. Also, It was only one rag in the room to use and that rag was damp. I received a text message asking if I needed anything. I replied back inquiring about the toothpaste and toothbrush. No response, at all. It is a nice property overall. I didn’t take advantage of the activities that the hotel had.

I can’t say enough about the friendliness of the staff especially the gentleman who showed us to the lobby and then our room ! We were allowed our room early :) we loved the golfing simulator in the lower level ! Only bummer was our lamp turning on by its self early in the am . Would gladly return !!

A few things were broken, cable sucked and was very outdated, I couldnt connect to any apps on the tv. And it was waaay overpriced for what it was. I paid $300 a night for a room that shouldn't have cost more than $150 per night.

I loved that it was a converted radio station. It was super conveniently located. The staff was excellent ( I see you Jason!). I will stay here again.

Not having a place for breakfast or inexpensive or free parking options was a con. Otherwise, room and hotel are very nice.
