Amazing stay and amazing breakfast.

Amazing Hotel

Great amenities in the room including dishwasher, microwave, toaster and refrigerator.

In general the hotel was clean and the staff was so helpful. Rooms were refresh everyday, which we really enjoyed. But the gym was to small and not enough equipment that why I didn't use it. Breakfast was great, but after 2 days we lost appetite as it was almost the same every morning. Thanks for having we will come back again if we have a chance to visit Quebec City again.

Extremly noisy hotel with construction site on the other side of the road - constant noise from 7 AM. For breakfast you need to wait 15min in a line and many things like bread, eggs even forks or knives are missing

I recently stayed in Room 417. Overall, the hotel is new and the rooms were very clean, and I also appreciated the good variety of food offered at breakfast. These were definitely the highlights of my stay. However, there were several issues that prevented me from giving a higher rating. - The sliding bathroom door in Room 417 was extremely heavy and appeared to have a mechanical problem. It was difficult to move, and on several occasions it felt like it could fall off its track, which raised serious safety concerns. - The electrical outlets in the kitchenette were not working, which was disappointing. Basic room features like this should be checked before guests check in. - Another inconvenience was the elevator access system. Having to tap the room key every time to use the elevator felt unnecessary. On several occasions, we ended up taking the stairs between the ground floor and the fourth floor because using the elevator became inconvenient. - The breakfast itself was good, but the layout of the serving area created long and frustrating lines. A simple redesign—such as placing the buffet in the center of the dining room with identical food stations on both sides—could significantly improve the flow and reduce waiting times. Nicely decorated and nice facilities. The room was well stocked. Hot breakfast was good but arranged poorly on the counter so all the hot food was in a 2’x2’ box that seriously bottle-necked breakfast. Our room was never turned down and they said it was because housekeeping was overwhelmed. I still got some extra towels and cups. Price was worth it.

We experienced severe noise coming from the upper floor. We informed the management, but unfortunately they were unable to take any effective action. Despite the ongoing issue with the upstairs residents, the situation was not handled professionally or resolved properly. We had to endure three consecutive days of constant and disturbing noise. A better response and follow-up from management would have been expect

We had a pleasant stay at Home2 Suites. The property was clean, and the front desk staff was very nice, friendly, and cooperative. The kitchen was well equipped with all the necessary utensils and cutlery, and an electric oven was provided on request, which was very helpful. There was ample parking and a nice location. Breakfast was very good, and the food quality was excellent. The only downside was that the variety was limited, and after two days the options were mostly the same. It would be great if the items were changed more often. The swimming pool was clean and well maintained, though it was quite small and the water depth was only about 4 feet. Overall, we liked our stay and would consider staying here again.

I walked into the bathroom and found a wad of toilet paper in the toilet. That’s really disgusting.

Nice room, comfortable beds. Pool is 48” so not good for our 6 year old. Breakfast was just ok. It will do in a pinch. Was a clean comfortable spot to stay.

Good place for family with kids , good breakfast.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located conveniently near many stores including Costco, WalMart, Marshall’s.
