Beautiful historical property that pictures don’t do justice! The sky bar is an incredible spot for a drink to start & end an evening. Rooms are classy & the staff was warm, welcoming & helpful! Really enjoyed my time with them in Taormina & disappointed about leaving. As well, location* was awesome. Beautifully positioned in the town

Our stay at Palazzo Vecchia Taormina exceeded our expectations. We were warmly greeted upon check in and were able to get into our room earlier than expected. Our room was beautiful, clean, and spacious. The staff at the hotel were some of the best we have ever experienced. They accommodated any and all our needs to make our stay and experience in Taormina memorable. The Monsu restaurant was excellent. The waiters Armando, Giuseppe, and Laura were very attentive and accommodated all our requests. Compliments to the chef as well! We enjoyed use of the Blu Sky Bar on the rooftop and especially the service of Patrizia, who made us feel at home. Thank you again for making our stay one of the best we have ever experienced. Great location great roof top bar small hotel only 12 rooms served breakfast - nice helpful staff - Antonio is very knowledgeable wellness - small area - good facial - could have some USB sockets for charging expensive for what it is but Taormina is expensive but overall would recommend it - brilliant location walking distance to everything there are steps to get to the hotel so not great for disabled but there is lift in the hotel

Lovely and clean room with beautiful views in a boutique hotel right off of Umberto Corso

The hotel is indeed an old palace. It is, in fact, a historical palace smack in the center of Taormina, with great views of both Vesuvio and the sea, and directly accessing the pedestrian-only area of the town. Also, it is indeed old... with wooden floors, classic decor, vintage furniture, etc. Our room (a junior suite) was spacios and well appointed, with a great view, and a very comfortable bed. The real star of the show, however, is the staff. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, and one could really tell that they cared--what a difference from the faceless, by-the-book staff of major chains. Also worthy of note is the restaurant. We visited off-season, so some of the more famous restaurants were closed, but the hotel restaurant was a gem, both in terms of cuisine and service. All in all, highly recommended.

We spent nine days at Palazzo Vecchio. We would absolutely come back. The service, staff and premises were impeccable.

Service was incredibly friendly, gracious and professional. Property itself is beautiful in a great location in the center of town. We stayed in a junior suite and it was beautiful and immaculate. Hotel has a great rooftop bar as well.

We stayed for one night and it’s the most perfect location if you don’t have a long time in Taormina. The check in was very efficient and they called us beforehand to make sure our driver knew directions - when we arrived there was someone waiting for us before the road to the hotel (as its pedestrian only) they took our luggage and it was a premium service. Antonio and Salvatore checked us in and Antonio gave us a wonderful tour of the building and he was so friendly Abdulla passionate about the hotel - would recommend the hotel 10/10 Side note - there is a bit of noise so if you are sensitive to this bring earplugs

The "hotel" was up two flights of stairs, and the room was TINY. The staff tried to be very accommodating, but I would not recommend staying there. It's "three-star" at best.

We never received our luggage and ALL front desk staff tried repeatedly to phone the airport to get updates on our luggage. They were beyond helpful. The breakfast was wonderful with many made to order options in a beautiful plant filled solarium. The roof top bar was quite a highlight with DJ music at just the right level to allow conversation. Loved the location just steps up but away from Corso Umberto.

We loved this hotel. It is very quiet and serene with an amazing location. The roof top bar has an amazing view of Taormina. We stayed at this hotel and the Four Season in Taormina and enjoyed each stay equally. The staff here was amazing. We are not big breakfast eaters but enjoyed the pastries, fruit and coffee. Dinners were amazing so much so that my son insisted that we eat there most nights. Our room was very spacious and clean. Would definitely return!

Such a beautiful hotel with a staff that goes way up and beyond. The staff really went up and beyond and made the entire stay all the more special.

Excellent location.

Beautiful hotel close to the main area. The star to this property is the hotel staff from the concierge, to front desk and to the fabulous breakfast staff in the am. We had arrived late and the dining options were closing and kept the restaurant open for us and offered us a traditional Sicilian meal! First of many fabulous meals here. The roof top was great - we enjoyed a drink every night before dinner. A perfect stay for our week in Sicily!
