Biggest let down was no breakfast even though there are pictures of big, full plates on the site. Name is even Canal Inn “bed and breakfast”! There is nothing close by! We really planned on it therefore did not bring anything with us. Staff wasn’t the greatest either. Young front desk girl came out wiping the drool off her mouth, obviously asleep at 2pm when we arrived. Upon check out the older gentleman watched us struggle with the front door while trying to manage our luggage, as it takes two hands to operate door and lock. Wanted authentic Panama experience, but this was a little much.

Estou escrevendo sobre nossa primeira hospedagem lá no Panamá ...veja se está bom: Infelizmente tivemos que cancelar minha estadia por falta de limpeza, e prestação de serviço. Iríamos ficar uma semana, ficamos somente 2 noites. Quarto sujo, muito pó, sem tv, sem frigobar, banheiro sujo, sem água quente no chuveiro, cama velha rangendo, com colchão velho e cheirando a mofo. Não informaram que não tinha café da manhã, e não teve qualquer ação para ajustar as necessidades que reportamos. A funcionária ainda alegou falta de funcionários e que não poderia fazer nada. Não teve nenhum suporte para pegarmos água potável para beber, nem mesmo máquina para suprir a necessidade de compra de alguma bebida ( refrigerante, água etc)

I book reservations online when I arrived at 11 PM in a taxi the hotel was completely closed and locked. I called the property. The gentleman told me that there was no more rooms available.

Its a quiet safe area. The staff and iwner qent way out of their way for me. I like not having a television. They may have in other rooms IDK. Its a quick short taxi ride in/out of Old Town. Vwry safe residential area. Big beautiful homes and yards.

La atencion fue regular, pero el servicio deficiente, la comodidad en las camas terrible, no hay tv en las habitaciones, no brindaban desayuno, ni tenian ek acceso a la pisicina.

Have stayed here for many years.

We arrived after dark, the place had no lights on, the neighbourhood was dark, and the young girl at the desk didn’t speak English. Took us to an unsatisfactory room, just a box spring, but moved us to a decent room. Only staying for 1nite. But in the morning, the grounds and the B&B were quite nice and the neighbourhood is the marine university with lost of security. So all was good

Malgré mon arrivée tardive - 23h - (mon avion avait pris du retard) j'étais très bien accueilli par Franz, le propriétaire de l'hôtel. La chambre était grande, propre avec un accès Internet correct. J'avais choisi ce quartier pour des raisons personnels, mais avec seulement deux restaurants à proximité, ce n'était pas très animé...
