It is in a beautiful area. The property needs a little TLC but it was clean.

Stayed overnight for an Art Park concert, location was great. Able to walk to bars, restaurants and the concert venue. Would definitely stay here again.

Great little hotel! Room is clean. Just across the street from the Niagara River….you can look into Canada! Couple of good restaurants across the street on the water. Hotel is nothing fancy but very comfortable. Glad we booked this place!

Loved the quiet, serene atmosphere. Difficult to get managements attention. Office was closed.

Easy to get to from center of town, even with popular restaurant across the street it wasn’t super loud

I tried calling and emailing to vamcel my trip because of a death in the family and couldn't get through the pbone went right to busy

The property has not been maintained well unfortunately. It improves in some areas but cleanliness seems to be inconsistent to say the least. The room has what it needs in it and the location is prime. With a little bit of effort and updating this could be a much better place to stay. Time will tell if we continue to book here. I called and messaged the manager with no response on the last morning. This is unfortunate because previously we had great communication from Jose.

Great stay

Very rustic and quaint, good resturant across the street, door code did not work when we arrived, but one call to the management and they provided another code that worked. Not sure if the heat worked thermostat did jot respond but temps inside were ok.

Property was very nice and surrounded by a lovely area. All amenities were very nice in the motel room. It was quiet and well kept. I will say the room was a bit humid until we turned on the air conditioning. Also, the sheets and some of the white towels were stained and look like they need to be bleached. Other than that I was quite pleased with my stay.

Did not receive email checkin onfo. With no Representative onsite we had trouble even finding our #9 cabin. Fortunately the info for PIN to get in was posted on the office door. Little cell coverage and had to call someone to get Wifi pw. Couch and bed were very uncomfortable. If you are looking for a mini apartment, it has full kitchen. TV was very small. Cleanliness was OK.

Nice and quaint, very well located except for the bar in front blasting the worst cover band of all times. The fire pit was lovely

Basic motel room. Very clean,nice bed,hot shower. Great location with plenty of options for entertainment and dining. I’d come back and stay here.

This was a nice little place right on the water and very close to ArtPark. Not sure if our bedding was clean, might have been just regular wear, but overall, very nice and would stay again.

It was extremely dirty, and a really unpleasant sight. The bathroom was covered in stains and so was the bed and sheets, my daughter and wife were disgusted and we wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. We had to leave literally 5 minutes after getting there. Waste of time and money!

Sheets dirty. The door kept talking to us. Security lock
