Nothing in bar fridge…. Microwave would be good

Parking for overnight guests should have priority over drinkers and family dinners . Especially weekends . Second ...under the wall table had coffee stains splattered on the wall and the ice was nearly falling out of the freezer . Staff were ok....some unfriendly and unhelpful. One lady there delivered chips and coffee to our room 8. Thankyou very much. The price for the room was more than what it should be .

Our room didn't have hot water. We were moved to another room but the staff weren't very helpful. We have stayed at this property before and had a good stay. Some sort of compensation for the inconvenience may have been nice from the staff. Hopefully this trip doesn't deter us from returning again next time we visit Bathurst.

Okay accommodation but the matress was hard, and i feel their housekeeping staff need to make sure all dispensers are filled and not left empty..Staff though were really great.

Great staff , there was a smell from the drains in the bathroom, not pleasant, the bed lights didn’t work, bed was comfortable and pillows were great .

Clean and serviceable

room was neat and clean. bloody fridge was noisy and had to turn it off..was running constantly. (could not freeze our items for the eski. the blinds need to be changed. too much light coming in. kept thinking it was morning.. spot lights came straight through the venetians

it is nice hotel. one suggestion, please put oven jn each room

My stay was ok but in general it looks like no maintenance has been performed on the property in many years. No plants in plant boxes outside rooms, rotting facia boards, bad smell from pipes...

Good simple room for a nights stay, in town for an event with kids. Bathroom door didnt pull closed , latch to lock was only on inside but wasnt an issue. Area was quiet. Shower pressure was soooo good.

Staff i dealt with was good, bistro prices different in the room menu(cheaper) than in the bistro but expensive, limited bar drinks, had no red wine at all, only pub i have ever been to that had none.
