This hotel is a real hidden gem. Close to the water taxis and centrally located for sailing. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was very nice and the dining room was truly impressive!

We were met upon arrival at the water taxi drop off to get to the hotel. Service outstanding. Room ammenities incredible. They arranged everything requested. Luca and team just shine. And we vote best bath facilities including a safe shower!

Overall it was a positive experience. On previous visits (3) to Venice we’ve always stayed at The Bauer but couldn’t this time as it’s closed for renovations. The staff at Palazzo Keller are exceptional and the property is beautiful, tucked away in a quiet street but still very close to St Marks Square and the Rialto Bridge. It’s also only a few minutes (less than 5) walk from the San Angelo water bus stop. The room was spacious with a good size bed and air conditioning, and the bathroom was very well fitted to a high quality and gave us a huge double shower. Breakfast had a reasonable choice of food from a buffet. The breakfadt room is stunning with its decor annd overall the property has been beautifully renovated. The only criticisms I have is that for a luxury hotel and a junior suite room there was no full length mirror in the room! I travel extensively and I’ve never stayed in a room before that doesn’t have one! There was a full length mirror outside the room in a shared hallway but that’s not much good for getting dressed. The junior suite we were given on the ground floor was also quite blandly decorated compared to the pictures on the website of the junior suites showcased online. It looked out directly onto a same level courtyard area with tables for guests to sit and have drinks so we had to keep the curtains closed for privacy reasons, and overall, as a travel photographer, I wasn’t happy to showcase out room at this property on social media.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. We got three recommendations for meals and they all were excellent. Our room hD a lovely wood beamed ceiling. The breakfast was delicious.

We have visited Venice several times....Palazzo Keller is by far the best we have stayed at. The front desk personnel arw always upbeat and friendly...the breakfast in the morning has something for everyones personal taste....great location....highly recommend!!!

Beautiful historic property with absolutely gorgeous updates — really an incredible renovation. Had some issues with overly fragranced carpet the first night (which was resolved in the morning, but honestly I would recommend no carpets in rooms as this is an issue for people with asthma and allergies like my family). The staff are super friendly and thoughtful location is unbeatable. Quiet but literally around the corner from dining options and transport, and just 10 minutes walk to St Marks Square. Overall more than exceeded our expectations. Not sure when I’ll be back in Venice but for sure will stay here.

Beautiful property, friendly, attentive staff and a comfortable, updated room. My family visited this property, staying in three beautiful rooms. It was very easy to find using Google maps and easy to get to all areas of the city with ease. This made for a memorable stay in a fascinating city!

Mycket fint hotell som ligger väldigt bra till i Venedig, nära San Marco platsen och många av sevärdheterna i Venedig. Relativt lätt att ta sig från båtstationen till Hotellet, ca 2 minuters promenad. De enda negativa var att AC:n på rummet inte fungerade och det var rätt varmt på rummet. Sen tycker jag även att frukosten var sämre än väntat. Det fanns inte något bra bröd på frukosten och scrambled egg var torrstekt. Jag skulle definitivt rekommendera hotellet, men skulle valt cafeet runt hörnet för frukosten. Det är synd eftesom frukostmatsalen är vacker och trevlig.

A Magnificent Hotel. Warm and welcoming staff, new modern rooms in near perfect condition, an easy short walk from St Angelo ferry and close to major tourist attractions and local areas. We had a magical stay for two nights at Palazzo Keller Hotel and will definitely return.

My husband and I had wonderful two nights in Venezia. It‘s the first day of our honeymoon. We have lovely memories in Venezia because they had sent us a message before I got there for preparing something for honeymoon and upgraded our room type! I really appreciate it. There restaurant is perfect! Good service and location, so I recommend this hotel to you.
