思ったより広くて快適

備え付けの電気ケトルの中に使い捨てブラシが入っていました。ケトルも壊れていてお湯を沸かせませんでした。 ケトルが壊れていてお湯を沸かせなかったので、前の方が入れていったのかもしれませんが、スタッフが清掃時にケトルの確認をしていないのはビックリでした。

This place is a hidden gem. It's less than 10 minutes walk (we walk pretty fast) from the Fujisawa Station. On the way, there are plenty of restaurants and a grocery store. Our room was beautiful and spacious. We stayed in one of the rooms with a lift so it felt like a 2-bedroom for our party of 3. Be sure to stop by the coffee shop to try their caramel pudding with homemade ice cream and specialty coffees that are roasted in house! We will definitely come back again to explore more of the nearby areas.

Very clean, enough space, and good hospitality.

The loft was a fun feature of the room. The host is extremely kind, professional, and generous. The room has many features including a mini kitchen, robes, slippers, and more! I would stay again any time.

オシャレで、自分のお家みたいにくつろげました

予約確認のメールに記載されている電話番号が現在使用されていないもので、連絡を取るのに非常に不安でした。 それ以外では、受付でも親切に対応くださり、室内も綺麗でよかったと思います。 下の階だと上の物音が非常に響くという点は仕方ないかも知れませんね。

洗濯機、浴室乾燥機があり助かりました。

Mi estancia fue muy agradable, la habitación es amplia mí familia estuvo muy cómoda, la ubicación muy conveniente pues las paradas de trasporte público están muy cerca a pie. La recepción muy amable. Sin dudar me volvería a hospedar, lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Check in was super seamless through the cafe. They gave us a bag of ground coffee to use with the pour over set up in our room which was really nice as most cafes open late. The loft was perfect for our two boys who loes it.

The property was very clean, compared to other hotels that we’ve rented in Japan. I thought this was a little bit pricey. They also do not have any dining on the property. You must go off to find something to eat. They have a coffee shop, but it does not open until 10 AM in the morning 11 AM check out time

This is as unique and experience as you will have staying at a hotel anywhere. Attached to a tremendous coffee shop, it gives you all the amenities you could ask for and more. Great for families, traveling in groups of four or more with tons of space and fantastic, comfortable surroundings. One of the best places we’ve ever stayed. Washing machine, drying room and kitchen facilities and a lot of space !

Very good hotel, comfortable, clean and room is big enough. I'm the coffee lover and its the fist time for me to enjoy the real hand drips (by V60) coffee at room and the coffee beans taste fantastic. Nice and friendly staffs. Will come back for sure.

We had a great experience, everything is near by from resturants to markets all in walking distance.

1回目の利用が心地よかったため、2回目の利用です。 子どもと一緒でも利用しやすいです。 ドライヤーの持ち手のところが中でショートしてるのか、熱くなりました。早めに交換した方が良いと思います。

部屋は広く、快適でした。寝具の質もよく、熟睡できました。 周りには美味しい飲食店があり、連泊しても楽しめます。

Visiting Enoshima to escape the small hotel room of Tokyo, I found a comfortable place. The room is clean. The staff is very kind. Also they have a welcome drink from the bar and send me a coffee bean as a gift. There was 2nd story in the room. So I have a double bed and 2 mattress. Wi-fi works.
