This was such a great pick. We could happily live here a month. The multiple patio design gave extra living space. The pool, restaurant and bar were very good and affordable. They had a great wine selection - hard to find in the Philippines. The staff was very helpful. The property appears to have recently been updated. Very clean. We loved the rainfall shower. It was huge with a rock garden. An excellent value. Away from the noise but close enough to be walkable. We would absolutely stay again.

Beautiful villa, however all the bathrooms REAKED of sewage. Worst when the showers were running, I had to open the windows the smell was so bad. Also if 2 people were showering at the same time upstairs the fuse would blow constantly - someone had to be waiting by the fuse to flip it back on. Staff were really nice and the pool was great.

The location was great and the pool and amenities were excellent...very good restaurant and convenient for shopping and to the beach. The beds were a little to firm but otherwise a great place to stay

This hotel is a gem! We loved our stay here, the staff were super friendly, the pool is fabulous and the rooms are well equipped and spacious. Susan, Kelly and Jenny made the most delicious cocktails. You wont regret staying here

The room was nice and spacious, it was the best escape from the hot days! Pool is nice and clean, and we absolutely loved the swim up bar. The staff were exceptional! Shoutout to Jenny and everyone there. Overall it was an amazing stay, highly recommended, and will definitely stay there again :D

Great hotel, away from the noise but still a 10 mn walk from the main street. Nice staff, always smiling! Clean and spacious room. AC works great and isn't noisy. Bed is comfortable. The shower area is a bit old, but everything works great. The patio is amazing to relax. Pool is amazing. We didn't really like the restaurant but to each their own. Note that if you pay by card, you'll get charged in Australian $ (no PHP, no €...)

The staff not everyone nice and welcoming especially the lady when we arrived. The hotel rooms are modern, spacious, but full of mosquitos. The pool is nice but not in the sun in the afternoon and moderate warm. In general ok.

Overall a lovely place to stay. The only reason I'm not giving a 5 star is because the neighboring properties burn their garbage nightly and the smell really infuses the rooms. A small in room air filter would be a welcome addition to each room.

Upon arrival we were greated warmheartedly by the staff. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was great as well. During our stay the staff was super friendly and very accommodating and attentive to our needs (e.g. booked tuk tuks, rented a scooter etc. for us within minutes). Overall the experience was great and would definitely recommend staying at the Bathala Resort.

Otroligt trevligt mysigt mindre hotell , som en liten oas. Härlig pool med poolbar och bra priser på ölen, 100 pesos. Väldigt trevlig personal och vi blev väl omhändertagna. Rena och fräscha rum. Kan varmt rekommendera

Resort is excellent - beautiful grounds, pool is absolutely wonderful, restaurant onsite is good and service and staff are exceptional. Location is also great - an easy walk to the beach, many restaurants are very close. Room was clean, spacious and super comfortable. Highly recommend Bathala!

Place is clean staff ate good but dogs baking even how friendly they are should not be be in ffront or reception desk because new guests scared to check in. We love dogs but foreigners are not use to any hotel resorts with dogs baking in front of reception area. It should not be acceptable sorry
