Beautiful ! Perfect location. Staff is (mostly) very pleasant. Check-in, Check-out are very slow. Be prepared to spend a lot of time at the desk

Breathtaking property and WONDERFUL staff!!! We enjoyed every minute!

The Buoy House is a great newer hotel part of the Westin complex. Boutique feel and part of Autograph collection of hotels. Private beach near lobby a bit rocky, but closer to Westin it is wonderful. Don't miss catching the sunset from the Westin terrace. Food is great, but overpriced ($21 for a glass of House Pino Noir). We will be back.

I love this property the view and everything. The restaurant is amazing for sunset view. Restaurant’s staff is great .

5 star resort with 2 star service. Some of the wait staff were rude and combative, which is very disappointing considering the price you are paying for drinks and food. Beach and property were amazing. Still had a great time, but likely won't go back.

Ability to walk the property to other properties and partake in their dining and entertainment also.

Highly recommend. Have nothing bad to say. Plenty of towels and super clean. Gorgeous grounds, pools and beaches. I’ll be back for sure!!!

Great property with large rooms. Easy to get around. Walkable to the Westin which has spa services. Great views, an excellent beach area. Nice restaurant onsite.

Well not sure where to start, not too many options for the food. Service was ok. However the bell boys, front desk they were excellent helping out. There were only two restaurants and food options are minimum. We were not notified about earth worms and sandflies. Sandflies are bad, I got bit by them terribly and don't even know how long this will take to feel better. There are bumps all over my body. I don't think I will ever come back to St. Thomas.

Beautiful property and service was excellent everywhere, starting from the interaction: Chris in valet/bell men was attentive and responsive, Cody in registration was superb. He was professional? Friendly, efficient and responsive. We were coming from another hotel due to poor conditions and were making last minute registrations. Someone in our party was looking for an upgrade to ocean view. The hotel had a cancellation and they found her at the bar to make sure she could take it. Tyshell at the Salt Shack was excellent and another young lady. Good and service was very good!! I would definitely stay again.

The beach is amazing!

Loved the close proximity to the private beach areas. Access to the Westin amenities and the short rib sliders and passion fruit frozen margaritas were the best.
