If you are looking for a nice comfortable homey atmosphere. This is the place. Quiet and comfortable. My bed was very comfortable, the room had a really nice fridge. Lorena at the front desk was cheerful bubbly and very helpful. The day I checked in, people coming to meet me had an accident at the entrance. She went over and above what was necessary to help us. A true sweetheart. Alejandra made sure the room was perfect everyday. Loved the colors and decor in the room. The view is beautiful, the walkway out into the ocean is a cool touch. The food at the baklava restaurant was exceptional as was the service. I found the food prices to be very fair. They have a homemade jam there that is amazing. If you are looking for party and nightlife at a hotel, this isn't the place for you. However it is a very short ride too downtown Puerto Vallarta. If you are looking for relaxation and a very comfortable family run hotel. This is the place. When I go back to Mexico, this will be where I stay. The only small consideration I would have like to see was a table to lay my clothes out on and also act as a desk to sit at. There is already a chair. Perhaps a microwave? I had not had a holiday in over 10 years and this place was exactly what I needed. Well done!

El hotel es muy cómodo, solamente el detalle de que te tocan la puerta a las 9.30 am para preguntarte si vas a requerir limpieza en la habitación. Pudiera ser un poco más tarde para no interrumpir el descanso del huésped, o colocar algún indicador sobre la necesidad o no de limpieza en la habitación

Lovely hotel but it’s showing some wear and tear. Articulate views over the water. Difficult to walk anywhere if you want a change of menu.

No front desk availability. No phone available in the room. Restaurant food was below average, drinks and were food expensive.Only 2 small bottles of water were provided per day which was not sufficient given you cannot drink the tap water. Additional water had to be purchased The pool and sunchairs were great, the beach was rocky and water was cloudy. The hotel is very close to the highway so a lot of road noise day and night. You need a car at this hotel as there is nothing within walking distance. Taxi cabs to cento area were 120 peso one way. Would recommend one or 2 night stay, not any longer.

Everyone that we met at Ysuri was very nice and hospitable. From the check-in and everything in between our 3 day stay until we checked out, the entire staff was very accommodating. This is a beautiful property with great rooms and a fantastic outdoor restaurant.

El personal amable, el hotel bien, simplemente no es lo que esperábamos, solo duramos 1 noche y perdimos el dinero, aun asi decidimos cambiarnos a otro complejo.

The hotel and restaurant staff are charming and attentive. We ate at numerous restaurants in the area and none were better than Baklava. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the views from the balcony are spectacular.

From the moment we arrived we were treated as very special guests …upgraded room was beautiful, bed was so comfortable & with a sea view, tasteful decor, great shower and bathroom was spacious…always so tidy and clean . The attention to detail of the housekeeping staff was impeccable. As well the servers at the restaurant and pool side were on point. They were always ready to serve you Spoke lovely English… so pleasant ! Thank you for our perfect stay .

Very clean hotel with nice staff and a good restaurant. Unique design, would be perfect for a wedding or family gathering. Nice beach walk into town (20 mins). Our room was closer to the road than the beach, so we could hear the road over the water.

El hotel esta increíble, es muy bonito y tiene muchos lugares para admirar, la piscina esta limpia y por las noches luce espectacular, todos los días limpian la habitación y la comida en el restaurante es muy rica. Lo único malo es la playa donde esta, es muy rocosa y esta un poco sucia, igual no hay actividades cercanas todo queda muy lejos, les recomiendo tomar transporte publico para ir al centro de Bucerias es mas rápido y de costo accesible, no pidan Uber tarda como 45 minutos promedio en llegar

Neat small 13 bedroom hotel with pool. We booked the ocean view suite. Walk to Bucerias City Center is about 25 min through the streets (safe!!!) or along the beach which is a bit rocky, but no problemo with flip flops. Great views, you don’t hear the highway at all! The restaurant is Mexican fusion, lower spice levels and a bit pricey for Mexico. But the quality and taste is great. Enjoy your stay :)
