Finding the hotel by car was little difficult as it is some distance down a lane from the town but should be easy with App Waze. There was lots of space around the hotel for safe parking. The reception was very friendly and helpful in this modern hotel, very fresh, spacious and clean. We had great evening meal in the restaurant and good breakfasts in their paved, enclosed patio area. Great location for visiting Llubliana and Bled and good jumping off point for Postojna. Highly recommend the hotel.

Very relaxing place to stay with excellent staff and dining experience.

The owners and staff were welcoming and warm. The included breakfast was good. It was a combination of buffet and cooked to order. The room was basic, but clean with a comfortable bed, good linens and AC. It was an excellent value and I'd stay there again.

Big room with big comfortable bed. Felt relatively newly renovated. Room was in floor with no elevator, which could be challenging for some. Friendly personell. Very good restaurant, both for breakfast and dinner. Located in a quiet village in the countryside. Nothing to complain about, we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is a real gem. The staff are really friendly and make you feel very welcome. The rooms are a good size and very clean but best of all is the food - the evening meal was amazing and even better for being able to sit outside in the garden. Breakfast was also great and I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Excellent.

The hotel is a little gem of a place. Super helpful staff and very clean and well maintained throughout. Food and drink is also very good and reasonably priced. The breakfast was a good selection, buffet style, with fresh eggs to order as you like. If there was one recommended improvement it would be the addition of a coffee, simple capsule type, machine in the room. Highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff and delicious breakfast options. Hotel location is just outside the city center so plan accordingly with your arrival/departure time and travel needs as there appeared to be limited retail/restaurant options within walking distance.

We can relax time there. We must stop again!

Wir hatten zu zweit ein super zimmer! Sowohl sauber, als auch geräumig, einfach perfekt. Unser Zimmer war Zimmer 10, denke die anderen sind aber genauso. Super freundliches Personal. Leckere und reichliche Auswahl zum Frühstück. Zu Fuß kann man einen kleinen Supermarkt erreichen und einen Bäcker der tägl von 5-22 auf hat. Sonst sehr ruhige Lage, aber tolle Aussicht. Kleine feine Unterkunft , sehr gelungen!

A fleeting overnight visit to this property. It was a really nice place to stay. Staff were welcoming & friendly. Went above and beyond to get us to the airport for an early morning flight & provided breakfast to go. Thoroughly recommend staying here

Great property, quiet hotel, excellent service. Only downside is it’s not close to anything in city. But our room was clean, spacious and the service was great.

The food was excellent. The staff we met were very helpful and had a good sense of humor.

We come to Slovenia ever couple of years to visit family and stay in our family cabin. Hotel Alex was such a pleasant surprise. Large room, incredible breakfast! We didn’t have dinner in the restaurant but we are sure it was also Wonderful. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful! There is even a small store within walking distance or a short 2 min drive. The proximity to the airport and Lake Bled as well as Ljubljana is perfect. We will stay here again on a future trip!

Great hotel for a short stay - close to both motor way and airport. Great breakfast - just watch out no dinner available on a Sunday night.

We loved the friendly kitten who spent time with us on the patio outside our room!
