No AC & lights are very dim. Not very clean

The night desk person could not understand the concept of paying for the room on Expedia. He kept trying to make me pay twice. There's open building construction directly attached to the eating area.

Its very conveniently located literally right by the Entebbe-Kampala road.Lots of shopping and eating options nearby though many closed by 10 pm probably because it was a holiday. If you are a light sleeper it might be a challenge due to the noise from the cars abd people outside but for me it wasn't an issue even the new years party downstairs didn't affect my sleep. The beds were comfortable and the room cool since I was able to keep the large windows open and the mesh screens shut to prevent mosquitos. Best part about this hotel is the cleanliness, the rooms and bathrooms are spacious and very clean, the customer service is also exemplary. Everyone seemed to enjoy doing their job. Breakfast was basic but the katogo and juice were delicious plus its a buffet so you can have second helpings. The hotel structure is aged but the clean rooms and great service make up for it, you wont get a room that size for that cost right by the road.
