It had roaches

The stay itself was great only issue I had us the alarm for the side door kept going off from people walking in and out of the emergency exit all night every night I was there

Floor was disgustingly dirty. Bugs crawling on the floor and the walls. Couldn’t take a shower because it was too dirty (hair and dirt) to even think about getting in. Couldn’t sleep because of the people next door having sex all night.

I didn’t stay the whole night. As soon as I laid my head down, I seen a roach.

It smelled bad. The check in area, the elevator, the 3rd floor hallway was awful. Then I got in my room at it smelled worse.

Front desk lady was rude also told me one room number but had a whole different from number .. Front desk lady knew another lady that always stay here lied on me and said I had words with her and didn’t … Tub wasn’t clean or sheets

From the time we got there to the time we left the hotel lobby and the hall to our room smelled like marijuana so strong. The front desk call us for noise complaints when we wasn't even there we was out visiting family or mostly at my mother in laws house, when we asked for clean lines or toiletries and trash bags we was told they were out so we had to buy our own, we also had roaches in our room.

I booked it for the pool and the pool was closed the entire stay

They canceled my room because they were booked but they didn’t give me my money back

I stayed for one night but did not have any issues during my stay

My gas was stolen out of my truck my room did not have pillows. I went to the front desk, connect for pillows, and I got accused of stealing the pillows that were in the room when I stay here again.

Needs to update beds and TVs . Not worth the money .

I stayed at the hotel for 7 days. My room was never touched by hotel staff. I didn't get fresh linen or towels. I had to take my garbage bags down to the dumpster after asking hotel staff where to take it after 3 days if it not being picked up. Often saw the staff with the clean linen cart in the floor I was in but they never stopped at my room. The room did have a kitchenette but didn't have anything cook with. Had to go out and by my own pot and pan and utensils and dishes. To use the tv, I had to disconnect and reconnect the cable line each time I turned the tv off.

I booked a double room and when I checked in none were available due to them being "dirty". We were put in a 1 bed witha pullout couch which was very uncomfortable. No extra pillows were available. Also the bed sheets were stained and looked dirty. It seemed to be a hotel thats used as a shelter as well. Very noisy. Do not recommend.
