i am 2 hours wait hotel out side this hotel is scam me and my wife my daughter 3 years age only my daughter i am to much time call hotel phone number no working phone number all number is wrong number i am after 1 hour check stay boom all close i am full night stay car in side i am no happy no enjoy i am Quickly this scam police and court all proof my phone photos

First impressions were disappointing - the living room was sparse with a dirty rug and a cupboard with a handle missing. The kitchen could do with a lick of paint, while shower is okay for people under 5ft as the pole which holds the shower head was broken. The hooks on the back of the door were also hanging off. Also, no info of where to eat and places of interest locally. However, the bedrooms were nice and comfy with tasteful decor. Lancaster is a lovely place and this stay-over could be and should be so much better!!!

Did not get to stay as was ment to have a code to into the place and never got sent and ignored emails and phone caĺls i was waiting outside the property four a hour in the end had to travel all the way back home

Bathroom sink partially blocked since check in.No one came to sort it out inspite of reporting. Stairs to upstairs is steep and slippery.Health hazard risk of sleeping.No hand railing on main wall for support
