needs to improve., theyre Staff has to be more friendly and accomodating, Aircon is on and off, two guests has to share 1 towel and 1 tea cup, I would say room is fair clean, The only thing I like this place is its close to the Airport

Although the air conditioning was not very effective this was due to the switch in power supply as I was duly informed, I enjoyed my stay as there was back up rechargeable fan which I consider a good initiative. The room was clean and I would consider staying here if I am ever in town again.

The hotel location is very convenient for for someone that he needs to be leaving the next day the location is very close to the airport and Easy in and out but it's not friendly about going shopping eating or coming in and out for the facility

They have to improve on their services especially cleanliness, if they want to retain their customers. The noise from the staff in the morning robbed me of the rest that informed my decision to lodge at their place

This was a horrible stay. Food was disgusting, the bed sheets were dirty……..

The staff is rude and lazy. But while we were there there was consistent light but the a/c only works when they on the generator.

Near to the airport No elevator.

The toilet leaked water every time you flushed, leaving the room unsanitary. There was only one dry towel in an Executive Suite; they knew it was a two-person stay. We had reservations for two executive rooms, but once we checked in, they explained that they only have one executive room in the complex, so we had to contact Expedia for our money back on the difference. WHY WOULD YOU ALLOW the system to book two rooms if you only have one available? That is a NIJA Hotel for you.
