Just today, Air India had messed up our schedule. As we didn’t have good data plans on our phones. The hotel staff kindly called for us to Air India in help us get new flights back to London. I couldn’t thanked them enough for their support and generosity by the hotel staff.

Quiet area (to be downtown Kathmandu). Walking distance to Thamel. Very nice, friendly and helpful staff. Lovely pool and view on roof top. Breakfast service/staff is excellent, as well as the restaurant and bar on the roof top. Also very good experience with using their venues for business purposes. Value for money and a very good choice of hotel.

Lovely hotel in north central Kathmandu. Service was pleasant and the room (Junior Suite) was spacious and clean (although a bit noisy). Arranged transportation from the airport via the hotel that was convenient. Attempted to arrange a city tour via their website and never received a response back after an initial we received your request and will get back to you email. Not sure what happened. The breakfast buffet was good. Enjoyed an evening meal at the rooftop Kibu which very good with huge portions. It seems to be a good location especially if you are arranging tours that pick you up, otherwise I’d not say this was a very “walkable” location, there are a few other hotel nearby and a few gift shops.

O hotel tem boa estrutura no lobby, nos quartos e na piscina. A localização também é boa, próxima a casas de câmbio e restaurantes. O café da manhã é de excelente qualidade, porém o ambiente é extremamente barulhento e os responsáveis nada fazem a respeito. Por fim, a acústica dos quartos é péssima, podendo-se ouvir tudo que acontece nos corredores e nos quartos vizinhos. Foi uma decepção, infelizmente.

Everything was really great

Check in took very long as the hotel ran out of key cards and was unable to provide them until the next morning. There was also a very loud party going on at the rooftop because of which the noise was percolating to the rooms on higher floors. Had to request a lower floor room that did not have any noise which was then provided. Breakfast was good and the staff tried to be helpful during our stay.

Amazing stay at Dusit Princess Kathmandu. All of the facilities were excellent, the room was modern, very clean and comfortable. The gym, sauna, pool were beautiful and the staff extremely helpful and kind.

The staff was very accommodating after I checked out and needed to check-in again after falling ill.

The facilities in this hotel are new and staffs are hospitable. There are good views you can see on the top floor. I had a good experience in here , love Kathmandu .

Very good clean hotel in Katmandu . Staff were very helpful .Breakfast included was ok would have liked more fruit selection. Bar staff on the top floor were great and happy to help . Great big rooftop bar with superb views. Room was just as we wanted with lovely comfortable bed with clean bedlinen and very well maintained . We shall definitely return . Thanks to all the staff , it was a great stay.

Amazing stay at the Dusit Princess! I will always book here whenever I am in Kathmandu!

All is well except few outrageous part that needs attention, and here are what I like and dislike, Mr Kharel, Mrs Rai and all staff were really helpful , however Bar and food pricing part was a bit puzzling. When you order burger , you don’t pay Pattie’s, salad and bun individually, likewise with beverages , all comes in one package combo or one needs to pay random price individually? Btw stay was fun.. except BOT. Hope this will get fixed in future.. other than that all is magnificent. Hospitality part is top notch!!!
