4박했는데 풀장도 좋았고 직원들도 친절했어요. 우리가족은 밖에서 노는것보다 리조트에서 수영하는걸 더 좋아하는 편이라 최고의 숙소였습니다. 다음에 다시 세부에 온다면 또 여기로 오고싶어요!

Ok the staff including everyone, hotel staff and security were AWESOME!! The pool was great and the cold vanilla lattes were spot on. There were a lot of water activities but we didn’t do any because we were too busy going on outings. The property needs a proper road, if you go here you’ll understand but by no means does it take away from the stay. Dinning in is not so good, menu is limited and breakfast was very limited and cold. Room was huge and gorgeous with a ginormous bath tub for four lol. This is a sleeper hotel so don’t pass it by because of a couple of cons. Grab meals were fine for us and there are Korean restaurants right at the entrance. Enjoy!😊

Everything was wonderful the only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I felt the beds where a little to firm for my liking but for most people I’m sure they where fine. Also I was not a fan of the comforter protector. It felt like I was sleeping on plastic. Again amazing experience just a small critique from an otherwise amazing establishment. Thank you

Restaurant ran out of food also internet down for 24 hours

Hot room. Cold shower. Literally. The A\C didn’t work (anywhere) and the water didn’t get hot. Restaurant wouldn’t serve me what I ordered from the menu. No place to charge your phone. Masseuse left the room 5 times during massage. Room was filthy. Looked gorgeous from the pics, but like a bad girlfriend, horrible inside.

I had a great stay at Cube9! It's a clean place with amazing views. They have free shuttle to a nearby supermarket, and plenty of water-activities available. Most of all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful with everything! The breakfast left something to be desired in my case, but everything I ordered from the restaurant menu was amazing! I recommend one of the rooms with direct pool access. They both have a great view and easy access to the pool whenever you want.

The staff were polite. This is a hotel for only one night if nothing is available. I am a Canadian with a Filipina girlfriend which they do not tailor to. We only get shuttle to a Korean mall which is 5 minutes away. If you are a Korean you will get special treatment. Hotel is deserted. This hotel is so far from everything I would give this a minus 5 stars. No support finding tours. You need to be very persistent than help you. They o er charge for the tour. Swimming pool is not a pool. Thumbs down 👎👎👎👎👎

Not many guests this period. Clean. Too much plastic and too little cotton or wood everywhere, in my opinion. This hotel could be anywhere, you don’t feel you are in Cebu or even Asia.

Staff was excellent, the room was clean and spacious, the pool was nice.

Not great! We specifically sent an email followed by phone call to ensure the shuttle would pick us up from airport.IT DIDNT! We tried calling the hotel for 2 hours, had police call and taxi call, never answered. Had to book another hotel for the night. Got to Cube9 next day, no sorry, nothing. Said they misunderstood and no compensation. We were there 4 days NO HOT WATER! We commented and they were not surprised nor cared. Went for massages, I left my ring in the room by accident, went back 1/2 hour later and it was gone. Again no accountability. Stayed for new years, booked there special bbq. Food arrived precooked and cold. Another big family anrrived and all staff were entertaining them. We were ignored. All other guests were Korean. We felt not welcome. We are from Canada. Oh yes, and the mouse running around the dining room. Sewer smell from the pool. Could be a cute boutique hotel, but isn’t. We were disappointed.

ホテル自体は悪くないが、メイン通りからかなり奥まり、野犬も多く暗く舗装もしてない道が怖かった。 プールやアクティビティは楽しかったです。

Difficult to go out from the resort but overall its a good place to stay if youre planning to stay there all day.
