Great place with amazing staff

Fiyat performans anlamında iyi otel. Kahvaltısı zayıftı. Yer olarak hemen tramvay durağının önünde olduğu için şehir içine ulaşım oldukça kolay.

Convient, réception welcoming and helpful

Good for short stay,our room is small (queen bed) but neat and we have everything we needed for our 2 night stay.Breakfast buffet has lots of selections.Free shuttle to the airport.Short walk to tram and bus stop.Coop grocery also nearby.Quiet area.Would stay again next time we visit Geneva.

You are paying too much for this small room. No minibar, no space to put any clothes or anything. Room is too small. Unfriendly staff. Shuttle bus is good. Bed and pillows are very good.

They were very accommodating to our special needs, including luggage storage before we could check in and also overnight freezer space for the ice packs for my refrigerated medication. The person who helped us most frequently at the front desk (Romain Aranda?) was especially helpful. The space was comfortable and clean. The airport shuttle was very handy.

I love the hotel. Very nice staff and very clean the room. I will recommend this hotel.

It was very nice stay but besides some staff are rode to talk to me in the French. Besides that it was very nice and quiet that problem was wish there had a better activity planes for the tourist like me because I love train rides and some coupons so that would have been beneficial. And taxes or shuttle to take place to places it would have been convenient. Also rooms are bit too small we hade to change it to the bigger rooms. Thank you for great hospitality and cleaning staffs!!!

Over all a good stay. I find the front desk a little curt like they couldn’t be bothered but they did answer my questions .

The room was excellent, for a nice price. The bed was comfortable, and we got 7th floor so the view was amazing. The tram is less than 5 min away, and goes straight to the city centre and takes around 10-15min, easypeasy. With this hotel i receiced free travel passes on my email days before check in, that was completely unexpected and a nice surprise to not needing to spend money on public transport nor worry about how to manage transport. The only downside was that our room did not have a fridge as we frequently bought stuff from the supermarket but we survived without one. Recommended!

Very convenient. Airport shuttle.

Reception was great. Room was clean. Only problem was how uncomfortable the bed was.

Property was nice and clean and in an excellent location. The use of the free hotel shuttle and the tram station being so close made getting around very easy.

Clean. Comfortable bed and pillow. Nice breakfast and breakfast area. Convenient parking lot. (Hourly parking can be cheaper than 25CHF for the whole day)

Wunderbares Hotel in der Nähe des Flughafens mit kostenlosem Shuttle. Bahn ins Zentrum 5 mim entfernt. Der Mitarbeiter am Check in war sehr freundlich und hilfreich bei Tipps zu den Verkehrsverbindungen. Sehr epmfehlenswertes Hotel.

The hotel was close to airport and bus/tram stops. The breakfast was ok, very little fruit (only whole apples and oranges). Room is tiny but clean. No drawers or closets - so no unpacking.

Clean and basic for a one night stay . Would be better if a kettle is provided in the room. Not sure if I can ask for it but it was a bit too late when I arrived. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Very small and basic with odd set up. Close to the airport. Was fine for one night.
