Allt var bra och fräsch, personalen var trevliga! Men tyvärr har blivit skadat i min fot i badrummet pga den där dörrstopp bakom dörren i toaletten som var väldigt vass och osynlig på golvet, jag bad personalen att ta reda på detta för det är farligt!

Additionally, room service needs to be more attentive to the "do not disturb" signs on guests' doors to avoid unnecessary interruptions. It's also important for employees to maintain a professional demeanor and avoid openly discussing work conditions while guests are present. Lastly, during the check-in process, guests should be provided with clear information about breakfast timings, pool timings, and gym facilities.
