Absolutely breathtaking views! We stayed here with our three boys and had such an amazing experience. Peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by some of the most beautiful scenery. While we weren’t lucky enough to catch the volcano on a completely clear day, it was still worth every penny. We originally booked two nights and also stayed at Los Lagos, not realizing they are part of the same property. We honestly would have loved to extend our stay at the villas, but as you can imagine, they book up far in advance. Would absolutely stay here again when we make our way back to this part of Costa Rica. 🇨🇷

Beautiful well-appointed home!!! We were excited to find a washing machine since we were 5+ days into our trip in Costa Rica, coming from Guanacaste. Villa Calathea met our needs perfectly and thoroughly enjoyed the views, serenity, hot tub, etc. It's great that we had access to the hot sprints, pools, slides, restaurant in Hotel Los Lagos if we wanted it but really enjoyed the peacefulness of the villa and having the entire place to ourselves! Santiago was super communicative and was eager to help us but we did not request his assistance. Glad to know we could reach out though if we needed recommendations! We would come back to Villas Jawara again! Highly recommend.

Awesome location; neat and spacious villa right at the foot of Arenal; Highlights are the private hot spring pool, large back yard well maintained, fire pit and finally the unique shower/bathroom in main bedroom :)

Highly recommend Villa Heliconia for location, amazing view of volcano, and access to nearby Los Lagos resort. The veranda and hot spring tub were amazing. Santiago was very responsive and arranged several tours for us (white water rafting; suspended bridges; zip lining). Tours picked up right at our villa but we still appreciated having a rental car.

Great view of the volcano when there's not cloud cover. Very relaxing hot tub. Everything we needed, we had in the house.

It’s a breathtaking beauty and pictures don’t do it justice. It’s the perfect stay for family or a romantic getaway. This is our second time and won’t be our last! Santiago makes check in and communication very easy. Don’t think twice and place the booking before it gets booked

Absolutely gorgeous views! Easy to access. Amazing back patio with hot spring Hot tub. Full kitchen. A\C in each room. Clean and wonderful.

The property looks just like it's pictured. It's an amazing view. It's nice to have access to the hotel below, but it's not really walkable. It is if you want a cardio workout, the steep climb is tough even when you're in shape. I did it once and it was a hard climb/walk. So much to do in the area and even though we were there in the rainy season we were prepared and didn't let the rain stop us.

The view is out of this world! Amazing view of the volcano and it was the most peaceful and serene surroundings. There's nothing like sitting in a hot tub looking at a volcano. We loved the access to all the amenities of the Los Lagos resort too! We were so sad to leave, it did not disappoint. There wasn't anything we disliked, only wish we had booked 2 bedrooms because we are a family of 4.

The Tabacon Villa was wonderful. Perfectly appointed with all of the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The layout, interior design, and beautifully maintained grounds were welcoming, serene and really well done. We really enjoyed the hot tub with views of the Volcano. Perfect for the end of our adventurous days! Communication was also fantastic.The personalized welcome when we arrived was really great. Santiago made sure we knew where everything was located and how everything worked, and was quick to respond if we needed anything. THANK YOU Santiago! We were given bracelets for access to the Los Lagos Resort, but we were so busy doing other activities that we didn’t use them. Next time! We LOVED Villas Jawara and HIGHLY recommend staying. I hope to visit again in the future.

It's hard to imagine a better location, view, and property. Simply amazing. I travel a lot for both pleasure and business. This is one of the best places I've stayed. Santiago greeted us at the Hotel Lago entrance and we followed him by car to the villa. Be aware that it's better to have your own vehicle since the walk from the hotel to the villa is quite long and not suitable for pedestrians. Overall, this villa made our Arenal experience muy Bien!

Beautiful unobstructed view of Arenal Volcano! Secluded away from all the crowds, yet could access the hot springs at Los Lagos while staying here. Private hot tub and rain shower were also great perks!

I almost don't want to write a review because I want to keep this place a secret! It is AMAZING! The best view of the Volcano right from your villa. 'Villa Tabacon' is extremely luxurious and gorgeous. Perfect space for our family of four. Communication was great. Being able to use the facilities at Los Lagos was also a great bonus I wasn't expecting. Overall 12/10!!
