Property was clean and spacious. Pools and rooftop hot tub were some of the best I've ever seen. Many options for dining, including an elevated food court with several types of cuisine, desserts and even a wine bar. There are also 3 stand alone restaurants, including a tiki bar, sports bar and upscale italian. My only complaint was the rooftop pool bar service was aweful! Bartenders were very unfriendly and acted like it was a pain to serve you. Took forever to get a drink. Waitresses that came around by the pool chairs were very efficient and friendly though. All in all, i would recommend this resort.

Second trip here. Loved it the first time before Hilton took over. Housekeeping in the rooms was non existent. We stayed 6 nights and were supposed to have a bed change after 4 nights, plus bed made and towel changed everyday. We were out of the room most of the day with the sign requesting make up the room. Only bed made 1 day without a request. No one ever came to switchout towels or empty the trash. It was a housekeeping joke. Very disappointed. Last time was so much more like a resort where they appreciated us. Also, a friend sent me a gift card and no one in the entire resort knew how to redeem it. everyone kept saying it was a new system. Alexa from Half Cracked tried to help her best (thank you!) but eventually on the last day the hotel manager had to just apply it to the bill. Not sure we will make trip #3 here.

Beautiful property, nice food choices Most of the staff were not responsive. The pool bartender was great, but the wait staff never acknowledged us so we left after 10 minutes of waiting.... not even a " I'll be with you shortly " or brought us a menu

The Sunseeker was the nicest place we have stayed. The abundance of amenities on site was impressive. The hotel staff was overwhelmingly kind and helpful. Views were amazing.

Very clean areas, food variety is ok, waiting time for The half crafted restaurant was not good, 35 minutes to get there, the food was great but it took long time too. Beautiful view and very calm place for resting. Pool areas great! Thanks.

Yes. I do think the bars and restaurants on property close WAY to early for guests staying there at least. Main bar in food court closed at 11 on Friday. All bars ran out of espresso every night. Can’t get food anywhere after 11.

Amazing place!!

The property is very nice. But you end up paying for everything in it at a premium. From the resort fee to parking, to the expensive drinks at the pools to use of the rooftop pool itself. I personally will never go back. You do not get what you end up paying for. Truely a waste of money.

The property is beautiful! Both pools are nice and relaxing. The big pool has plenty of seating with wait staff coming around to take your order. Every staff member we spoke with were so nice and welcoming. They also have a lot of food options right on the property. Our room was very spacious and clean. I highly recommend this property.

I traveled with my family and had a 3 bedroom suite that was fantastic with 2 bathrooms, full kitchen and washer/dryer was perfect! Staff was nice and property was very clean. Food was just ok.
