Excellent base for all the activities we had planned in New Orleans.Lovely relaxing pool we never had any problems getting a lounger Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful.We felt safe gate key, door key and 24 hour surveillance

Overall was fine, but the blankets were thin and had a hospital ER room feel and the beds were super firm and I could feel the springs. Pool and hot tub were great and the staff was amazing. Easy in and out and a gated parking lot was nice, although expensive.

It's a great location.

We were pleasantly surprised at our hotel. At first it was hard to tell it was our hotel because there was no sign but it had been renovated and everything was nice and clean and new. There was lots of room in our room and the people were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. We were here for bowling Nationals.

Property was great and clean, suited our needs. However having to use 3 different codes to access parking, pedestrian gate and room was a bit of a hassle and the kitchen had no pots and pans and very little in the way of plates, cups and cutlery.

Nice people

It was a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was nice and clean. The rooms are nice! The only thing missing is a few more pieces of cutlery/essentials for cooking a meal properly;) The beds are firm, so it be a game changer if you have a soft bed at home. Overall, I would stay there again! (2 adults 4 teens)

The entry system was difficult to operate. The lighting around the entry pads was poor. The bed could have used more pillows and blankets. The wifi kept going out

This is more like ab and shouldn’t be advertised as Hotel. No daily cleaning service, no open entry to the property. It’s all locked up because of the surroundings. The building is not properly labeled and it looks like you’re going to another place like a clinic or another business.

My family of 4 with 2 teenagers really enjoyed our stay. It's hard to find an affordable 2 bedroom with Kitchen so this was really nice. My daughter enjoyed the hot tub but it was too cold for the pool. They sent entry instructions and we didn't have any issues with entry.You can pay for safe gated parking which we did one night but we found on street parking and used the bus the rest of the trip. It was super easy to navigate. I loved the w/d in the unit. We'd stay again.

Me and my Wife we enjoyed our stay! It was very secure and I loved the cleanliness of the space. I will be booking again!

Beautiful, clean and quiet property.

This place is nearly vacant. I think there were three other cars in the gated parking lot. The code did not work to the gate when I got there. This is not an are of town where you want to be standing on the street trying to get a code to work. The nightly rate was a teaser. After fees it doubled. I was seeing friends in biwater so I thought this would be convenient and I would walk to their house 1/2 mile away. But you would not want to be walking in this area at night so I drove to the friend’s house. The room was spartan. Almost like being in a medical waiting room. Nothing on walls which are gray. Thermostat was locked at 68. Coffee in room was poor. You will do better staying in the central business district or quarter and using an Uber. I’ve stayed in hotels in NOLA for 30 years. This is at the bottom of the pile.

Unique property.

The first night I got to the property it was late night my room was not clean had no tower or face clothes to shower.The next morning I went to front desk and told her the situation of the room she jumped on the phone with the owner.They moved to another room and said they was gone give me 50 credit I never received, but the other room was very clean and nice and I enjoy the rest of my stay would definitely stay again..when booking this place make sure to pay for parking in put you in side a gated area which is more safer for your vehicle well worth it..

The hotel was clean and staff were helpful. We did not have a fully stocked room. No extra trash bags, no dishwasher soap, no washing machine soap, only 2 forks, no extra toilet paper in rooms.

The customer service staff were very friendly and helpful. There may be some miscommunication between Hosteeva and the actual hotel, so be wary if you get a different room than you were expecting. The room I originally reserved became out of order, so then they gave me 2 rooms before I even arrived, (with no charge thankfully). Hosteeva does not mention that parking is not included in the reservation, and is an additional $60 per car. Between the 2 rooms, one smelled of smoke and another had a light fixture fall out. The cleanliness was good, just seemed like poor maintenance. Also the code to get into our rooms were wrong, so prepare to go back to the customer service desk for another code if the one emailed to you from Hosteeva is wrong.
