Spacious

The property is clean, though lack amenities you could find in a hotel room such as hair dryer , toiletries . The unit has a kitchenette but no pots and pans if you want to cook. The wifi is unreliable . There is only one plug for the appliances such as the Fridge and microwave( you have to unplug the other to use what you need. We had to plug the water kittle by the bed to make coffee. Overall it was fine , we make do with what we have . Albert was responsive to what we asked . Thank you.

Like the fact that it’s accessible to the guest’s personal needs

Enjoyed staying there, if any problems they soon solved the issue, but had socket faulty and wasn’t sorted. Owners staff was excellent

Nice little studios falt perfect for 1-2 people.

Liked having the bedroom separate of the living room. Very clean and comfortable place to stay. Lacked linen bed sheets. Bathroom sink almost clogs immediately after each use. Shower floor very slippery due to smooth tile surfaces. Overall, definitely recommend & would stay again.

Had a wonderful stay at this condotel. This had great links to the airport and SM mall of Asia. Pool was a nice treat after a long day of traveling. Stayed for 2 nights

Personale gentilissime e anche là pulizia soddisfacente, negozie vicini e nel complesso una struttura da consigliare.

It had annoying flying insects, maybe moths and other bugs that didn’t stop bugging me and I couldn’t get them to go away because there was too many of them. This is so filthy! Plus, I had to wait over 20 minutes for them to finally get to the property to give me the key

Cons: • Inconsistent Hot Water: The shower’s hot water fluctuated, which made bathing less comfortable. • Pest Issue: Unfortunately, I encountered cockroaches, which was a downside to the stay. • Linen Maintenance: Towels should be replaced for guests staying more than three days, and pillowcases and blankets need more frequent changes. • No Shower Curtain: This made it difficult to keep the bathroom dry after showers. • Small Dining Space: The dining area felt a bit cramped, limiting comfort during meals. Overall, this condotel is a convenient and safe option, especially for short stays or layovers. However, improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and amenities would make the experience much better.
