We didn’t get what was shown in the pictures smaller cottage like condo no closed bedrooms bathroom outdated. Not even one napkin

Très propre et bien entretenu, cuisine complète, a proximité de beaucoup d'atraction mais aussk calme le soir

Bel endroit sur le bord du lac. Moyen pour cyclistes où tout est relativement loin. Site internet manque d’explications afin de nous aider à bien planifier, surtout pour des cyclistes. Le spa très agréable, sous-exploité. Pas de massothérapie, la personne agnat en vacances jusqu’au 10 juillet.nous avions essayé d’ssppeler, sans réponse.

Bel hébergement où il est facile de se sentir chez soi.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Pour le Condo standard avec mezzanine, prévoir de quoi se couvrir les yeux si vous ne voulez pas être réveillés par le soleil :)

We were snowmobiling around Quebec Dan Road extra miles. Just so we could stay there and use the spa. When we get there that night, we were so excited to jump in the hot tub and sauna but they informed us that someone was renting it and we could not use it. If we had known, we would have not driven the extra 60 miles on our snowmobile just to stay there and use it. To say we were disappointed is an incredible statement. We had to leave early the next morning so we could not even use it because they said we could not get in till 10 o’clock, but had to check out by 11 o’clock. This was the second time this has happened to us.

C'est un chalet que jai beaucoup aimé. Je connaissais déjà la place et je ne suis jamais déçu

We had a wonderful overnight stay. Perhaps next time we will stay a little longer.

Réception ouverte de 9h à 17h et spa fermé à 16h ! Pourtant nous l’attendions ce moment de détente (c’était d’ailleurs la raison du choix de cet hébergement) après une bonne journée de randonnée. Quelle déception !

Les chalets sont bien situes au bord du Lac St Jean .

No breakfast options, restaurant was closed for the season. (We checked in end of August) Sink was clogged and dishes were still wet in the cupboards. Had to wash them all.

Propreté impeccable et beauté de l'hébergement

It is an immersion in the natural environment of Lac St. Jean. Very nice chalets, with apartments well equipped. A SPA is there too in this complex. An important note: the restaurant on site is open just three days of the week. Better to come with some food to store in the fridge, at least for breakfast.
