Was supposed to have Continental Breakfast but did not. No amenities at all

Room was cold, no cable for t.v.

Tv, no cable, no remote Beds are really uncomfortable

Needs a few improvements. The bed could be upgraded. Drapes too long for location above space heater. Staff was friendly and helpful!

The first room we were given smelled mouldy so we asked for another room. the second room had the heater on full blast so we opened the windows to air it out. We didnt realize until after that the bathroom smelled like sewage. There were extension cords on the floor for the heater and air conditioner. Our cooler leaked water and when we wiped it off the floor, the white towel turned black from how dirty the floor was. There were also stains on the sheets. Last but not least, on the second night a couple of men started banging on our door at 3:30 am and it took a couple minutes out shouting through the door to make them go away. Safe to say we wont be back.

This hotel is such a gem! Clean, well kept rooms, and amazing Indian food next door.

The room was very dirty and the floor in the bathroom was unclean as well. The friends in the room next to us were bit all night by what we think were bed bugs.

The only thing I would complain about was there was only 2 pillows on the bed, so my girlfriend and I had 1 each. They were thin and not enough support, 2 pillows each would have been nice.

It is 5 min walk to the entrance of scout lake and other hiking trails. Lots of exploring in the area, the room was a good place to exllore from and a bed at the end of the night. Many items in the room were just held together. The shower sprayed everywhere, had to have a bath instead, but the bathtub needed cleaning first, which i did. The manager charged more for a 3rd night even after I spoke with the owner who was in vancouver. Ended up paying more for my 3rd night than the first 2, in a basically empty hotel. Which bummed me out. The office was still locked at 10:30am because the manager was still sleeping. Next time i'll camp.

Perfect base to enjoy the outdoor activities that the area has to offer.

What a pleasant surprise! It's an old motel but our room was completely renovated and was sparkling clean.
