next door to a car rental -Ford dealership

We booked 2 rooms online having never been to the hotel. So upon arrival we checked into the rooms and immediatly noted a foul smell and loose ceiling tiles. The odour was a musty mouldy smell. I had a discussion with the manager he advised me that nothing was wrong with the rooms and some people are just too fussy when it comes to smells? He refused a refund and said we had to pay for 2 rooms for 2 nights as is their policy. We did not stay.

The room had great amenities, the gentleman was very nice once he found our reservation, but the bathroom, especially behind the door and toilet was filthy!

Can I upload a picture...? The place should be condemned.. Mould all over the ceiling....cold floors...stained bedding....what a place for bedbugs or the friggin crabs... Worst place ever...Had to pay a hefty pet fee for a hole...

Comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom

Some effort had been made to update things, but the decor was dated and the carpet look old. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean.

Old building, not much options around town, water leaking through back wall from snow?! Mold around wet floors

The property is dated...but clean and safe...reasonably priced...overall...good

Bed was very comfy, room was good. But the bathroom stank, didn’t smell clean, like a damp moldy smell

It served my basic needs.

Comfortable but slightly musty smell on entering. AC unit quite old but operational. Friendly staff and handy to parking and restaurant.

The gentleman who signed us was super. My only comment was that there was a large spider web on top of the door on the left side. My husband got rid of it as I am terrified of spiders. There were no spiders just the web
