Very nice place, clean and renovated room with many aménités.

This place was excellent. The room was spotless, the staff were friendly. Free laundry facilities were an added bonus. We were even upgraded for free. I will recommend this business to anyone who will be visiting your town. Wished we could have stayed longer. Definitely more than five stars.

The hotel was confusing to find. You have to register at the adjacent convenience store and then park at the back of the building. There were 2 outside flights of stairs that would be very difficult to navigate if you had any issues at all with stairs or have a lot of luggage. Having said that, the room was clean, modern and very comfortable. The bathroom is amazing. We would stay here again in future.

Everything about the stay was great! Didn’t use the laundry but was a great set up. One of the most modern rooms I’ve ever stayed in. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone!! Staff was great!

The Expedia listing says that we check in at the “front desk”. The front desk is the convenience store. Once we figured that out, everything was perfect. Brandon was super helpful to walk us through the features of the condo. We will come again.

This place us a hidden gem in Grand Falls-Winsor. Located in a quasi residential/industrial area, the rooms are above a convenience store. Don't be put off, the rooms upstairs are wonderful! High end fixtures, comfortable beds, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Fresh fruit outside the door. Would definitely recommend this place. Great value for the money.

did not like the appearance of the property from the outside, the suites were located above a convenience store in what seamed a seedy area, we almost drove away to find somewhere else to stay, access to the room was via an outside stairwell, no elevators and the front desk was located at the cash register of the store very weird , however the suites were all newly renovated and were in excellent shape with modern decor and appliances etc and the hosts very very helpful. I suggest that the property should be better identified from the street

Ummm , greet stay here ! Beautifully done rooms on a scale of 10. It’s doesn’t appear that way from the outside ,,, but , Well worth the stay , I was concerned about possible noisy level but it was just fine. They offer you free laundry facilities with top of the line machines , I took advantage after being on the take 3 weeks. Little store connected underneath so you can pick up any amenities you might require. This was a nice stop and happy I did! The only disadvantage is for people with stair climbing abilities.. yah got about 20 steps to navigate up.

Wow! Amazing space created with a lot of thought and care for the comfort of guests. Top notch everything….from the welcoming warmth of the decor, furnishings and linens, to the convenience of free laundry in brand new machines close to your room. No special view from our room but we had a corner jacuzzi tub to die for, along w a little fireplace for ambiance. The check-in went smoothly, even if in an unconventional setting…you go in to the convenience store to sign in, pickup the key, receive instructions for access and ask any number of questions you may have. Warm, friendly people staffing the store & willingly put a smile in your day.

Nice little perks: books/magazines available, bananas, and the food was fantastic, as recommended by Lee. Can even do laundry if you choose to. Clean room, quiet, and modern updated space.
