It’s close to shopping centres, grocery stores, restaurants etc. Downside is far from the lrt station and bus stations other than that the hotel is good.

Location is good, staff are nice, breakfast is ok. Would stay here again!

Great place

Breakfast was OK. Nothing special. You can't enter your room from 11.00 until 15.00 every day due to cleaning. I find that weird. The rooms get very hot and it was only 22-23 degrees outside.

Very nice appartment style room (we had one of the family rooms). Comfy beds, very clean, nice staff. Shared balcony area. We arrived on a very hot day and although air con had been installed it wasn’t operational until the following week so the room was very hot.

Fantastic location in central Brussel, easy to get to from the main stations, once there walking distance to most places, with sites, bars & restaurants close by. Staff were really friendly, check-in easy and luggage storage provided. It was quiet at night (inside), although became noisy from the street in the morning (we had to have the windows open for air flow). The premium double room was ok, with en-suite & TV, although quite small and a little tired for the price(although Brussels accommodation is pricy, so possibly aligned with the market?). There was no air conditioning, but a (poorly functioning) fan was provided which just about took the edge off the stuffiness. There was no fan in the bathroom which wasn't great as it was internal with no window or air flow. The shelf above the bed made it difficult to avoid bumping your head. Breakfast was nothing special but perfectly adequate, with cereals, fruits, salad, egg, cheese, salami and mini pastries. Milk could do with being in the fridge and better coffee would be nice.

The place was generally clean and well organised. The recpetionist (Lou) was very nice and hospitable and made me feel at home. The downside is this area tends to be quite noisy at night and the large windows open directly to the street. Also, the breakfast is really poorly made, with bland taste, limited options and ingredients that are well past fresh.

Great location, very centrally located. I had a single room, it was very comfortable and clean. It was a little loud in the night and early hours of the morning. Breakfast was a little limited. There was no fruit for 2 days. The carton milk was warm. Yuck! and not safe. I had originally signed up for a shared 6 person room. I was told upon arrival that I could not have the room that I booked months ago. I was too old apparently! I was not made aware of the issue until I checked in. I had to pay extra money per night to get a single room. Anyone over 35 please be aware of this.

Enkelt boende med bra läge. Frukosten var ok, men hade önskat lite större utbud. Rummet saknade AC, så det var fruktansvärt varmt. AC höll på att installeras, men var inte i bruk ännu.

Location was great and close to local bars. It was still quiet in the room though. The free breakfast was a great touch to set us up for the day!

Good breakfast, perfect location and great staff, I really enjoyed my 4 days in this place.

Hostel just 10 min walking from the center and train station. 24h open reception. Helpful staff. Cool interior. A bit small box for the bag, only small bags can fit. Otherwise all is perfect.

Tres bon séjour. Personnel agreable et accueillant. L'une des premières fois où j'arrive dans une chambre vraiment nettoyée en auberge de jeunesse. Point négatif: le petit dejeuner, il y a peu de choix.

Très belle chambre pour 4 personnes. Parfaite en famille avec un lit double en mezzanine et 2 lits simples en bas pour des enfants. Le coin cuisine dans l'appartement est un peu léger avec un micro onde, un réfrigérateur et un évier. Il manque aussi de vaisselle et de couverts pour 4.

The description for the way to the rooms and the room card did not work to be able to use the stairwell. The rest was fine.

A limpeza dos quartos é ridícula. Não fazem nem as camas... O café da manhã, com poucas opções e ruins. O café foi o pior que tomei na minha vida e olha que era de máquina.

l hôtel est parfait pour une famille. le système de duplex est très pratique pour les parents et l étage est très calme. il y a toutefois un problème de thermostat au dernier étage qui impose de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes en plein hiver.
