I found a sock under the bed but other then that I absolutely love the place, if I ever go back to Antigonish I will be staying their again

We booked this hotel for 3 nights and added a 4th night. The purpose of our booking was for a hospital stay. The rooms are lovely, clean and a good size The electric fireplace, house coats and slippers are a lovely add on The kitchenette with cooking apparatus and utensils saved us money on eating out Our only complaint was one of the kitchen cupboards was broken. We also only asked for housekeeping once during our stay - but neither coffee nor toilet tissue was replenished.

The Stay was as good as the last time. We stayed there 2 times before. The Room was good and we found all we need.

Value for experience , Size of bath room and room , cleanliness , pride in their property , I highly recommend this property in antigonish , kitchenette ,

Very disappointed in the condition of our accommodations, service provided and overall experience at this establishment. There was a musty smell that hit you upon entering the room (instructions for dehumidifier to run were posted but it was not running upon entrance). There was a mouse trap under the sink, not what you want to see in a rental space. Breakfast was not provided. The door to the main area where the INCLUDED breakfast was located was locked upon our first try and when it was unlocked there was next to nothing available. All that was visible was dry cereal, no milk! Will never stay here again or recommend this property to others. Also the host/reception was rude and unpleasant and seemed ‘put out’ when asked questioned. Parking was also inconvenient as we were made to park in an uneven gravel driveway instead of in a paved parking area that could accommodate rough twenty five cars that was only hosting two. We were instructed that the parking of our vehicle needed to remain closer to the house on property in the sloped gravel driveway. For $300 a night this was terrible value for money! Never again.

Homey. I travel for work and this felt like home not a hotel. The little details were incredible.

Fantastic place to stay. All the comforts of home with live plants, ample room and friendly staff. Expedia advertised that breakfast was included but this proved not to be the case in low season and the affordable price reflected this.

Initially we found the Evergreen Inn by accident and loved it. We stay there every visit to the Antigonish area. It's quaint, cozy, very clean, well equipped, comfortable bed, room front parking and close to the center of town. There's lots of space in the room and they well-supplied bathroom. Even fly-swatters and shoe horns are neatly hung by the entrance door. Couldn't ask for more and at a great price.

Everything about this single level motel was a very pleasant experience. A big improvement over the larger brands that are so popular. About a 3 min drive from downtown Antigonish or St. FX U. So well equipped, so very clean, so warm and cozy, so inviting, easy access and trouble-free check-in-out. Comfortable bed, and nothing missing! Kitchen facilities with dishes and utensils, all bathroom amenities including a lint-brush and iron and board. Even plush terrycloth robes supplied in the bathroom. If it was possible to give a 10 rating, from our perspective, the Antigonish Evergreen would get it and we've done our fair share of hotel rooms. Will we return ....... definitely when given the opportunity and I highly suggest you try it out!

Room was adorable,super clean with all amenities, loved the kitchenette, fireplace,breakfast in the morning. I would highly recommend this place!!

Great place to stay. Excellent friendly staff including Teddy the dog :) Good value and even though its set up like a motel it felt very homey and comfortable. . Highly recommend.

A nice conversion of a motel to an Inn with in room amenities like a higher end Inn like comfy robes, nice toiletries. The laundry facilities were a great option and they were clean. Remember to bring loonies. The breakfast was great.
