Love it!

Decent room, with ok bed and ok shower. Crappy internet and pretty old.

C'est pas du luxe mais c'est exactement comme sur les photos! La cuisinette nous permet de manger les repas dans notre studio et c'est très apprécié en famille! Central dans Charlevoix, facile de visiter les environs! Pour un studio, avec 2 lits doubles et cuisinette, c'est pas cher! C'est à 2 pas du traversier, la file d'attente est juste devant nous mais nous n'entendons aucun moteur... et à 2 pas de la plage municipale!

It was good as it was close to the St. Lawrence crossing early in the morning. Otherwise, they messed up our booking and my hubby slept on the floor mattress while my daughter and I on the small bed.

A motel located next to the ferry; spacious room, confortable beds. If you have not noisy neighbours, it may be nice for a night or two... Weak wi-fi

As it is a 2 star, our expectations were in line. However, this motel is affiliated with a property down the street and upon check-in, I had to go looking for a receptionist, first at the ice cream shop, then the other motel and in leaving there without keys, another guest suggested I go check the restaurant across the street. The waitress called someone on my behalf and I was sent back to motel #2 for the check-in process. A bit of an unnecessary delay when you have cranky kids in toe. The unit we booked had a sliding patio door, the only access to the unit, which was real tricky to unlock and then lock at night. Free amenities simply put, means no amenities i.e. no shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer and no bath towels, no phone to call management etc. The one and only garbage receptacle had not been emptied out before our arrival. This unit would be considered a one bedroom(with no door and a step up from living room to two sets of beds so not wheelchair accessible). We were two adults and 3 kids under 10 with one small T.V. In order to open the sofa bed, we needed to re-arrange and move all the remaining furniture in the room. Parking was very tricky and somewhat dangerous as it's set on a pretty steep hill.

Un motel a éviter. Nous ne nous attendions pas à quelque chose de super génial mais quand même... une chambre qui semble "flotter" tellement le sol est mal conçu, mal fait. Notre chambre donnait sur le classe croute avec les odeurs. Une vue rivière qui était très appréciable.

Personnel accueillant . Emplacement parfait , chambre confortable . Super bar laitier à proximité

Hôtel propre et relativement accueillant mais chambre très mal insonorisé, on entend les voisins de tous les côtés...
